THE NEXT DAY

THE CLANHOUSE

Lana's POV

After Shon left, I waited patiently for his phone call but it never came so I decided to take a bubble bath to pass the time instead, as I laid in the tub all I could think about was what just happened between Shon and I, we became one in that moment making our bond stronger. After I was done bathing I heard an angry Brandon yelling, and throwing things around so I went downstairs to see what the commotion was all about.

"Hey what's going on down here, asked Lana looking at a tearful Brandon.

"We received a phone call a few days ago from Brandon's sister, she and a few other vampires were hiding out in some abandoned house in London by the time we made it there everyone was dead, their bodies were scattered throughout the woods with all of them missing their hearts, replied Erica.

"L-London you say, Shon is also there I can give him a call to see if he knows anything about this, said Lana before pulling her phone out of her pocket.

"There's only one person evil enough to hunt and kill innocent vampires for sport, it has to be that Alpha King you told me about, replied Brandon while looking at Lana.

"Shon didn't pick up I'll try again, said Lana.

"I have a better idea we're going back to London, and this time Lana you're coming with us, I want some damn answers, replied Brandon before super speeding out of the house.

MEANWHILE BACK AT THE PACKHOUSE

Jenny's POV

After my brother speeded off without telling us what deal he had to make, I decided it was time I got back to training there was a war coming and I had to be ready for Kelsie this time around, Marissa's death would be avenged one way or another.

"If I was the enemy you'll already be dead by now, be quicker next time, said Jenny looking down at one of the werewolf trainees.

"She's right, Derek trained us to be ruthless the werewolves that's coming will not show mercy if either of you hesitate in any way that's your life, said Sonia looking at the pack of werewolves.

"That's enough for today, dismissed, replied Jenny while looking at the pack before taking a sip of water from her bottle.

"Are you up for another round, asked Sonia before taking off her jacket.

"S-Sure why not, replied Jenny before sitting her water bottle down on the bench.

"I know what you're trying to do, said Jenny while throwing a right punch.

"I just want to be here for you, replied Sonia while ducking, and catching Jenny with a kick in the gut.

"I can take care of myself, said Jenny before charging at Sonia taking her down with a spear.

"I'm not your enemy, replied Sonia before quickly switching Jenny onto her back holding both of her arms down keeping Jenny from moving.

"Well it doesn't feel that way, do mind letting me go now, asked Jenny while looking up at Sonia.

Sonia lets go of Jenny's arms, and makes her way back to her feet as she began to walk out of the training room she looks back at Jenny to say one last thing before leaving.

"Once the battle is done I think it would be best if I just leave, you've made it clear that I'm not wanted so I'm going to respect your decision, said Sonia.

"Well it's good to know that you would give up on me so easily, replied a clearly hurt Jenny.

Instead of responding Sonia stands there for a moment then super speeds out of the room leaving a conflicted Jenny standing there alone.
