Percy sighed at the sight of the Hunters of Artemis. He had nothing against them; one of his best friends was a hunter. They just don't typically like him. At least they were helping with the manticore problem.
"Permission to fire milady?" a voice broke Percy out of his thoughts. The voice belonged to a girl tall, graceful, and gorgeously beautiful(although Percy was more interested in a certain son of Hermes): she had dark brown eyes, a slightly upturned nose, copper-colored skin, and the silver circlet braided into the top of her long, dark hair gave her the impression of a Persian princess. If his memory was correct, then that was the lieutenant Zoe Nightshade.
"Permission granted." a girl around twelve or thirteen. Her eyes as silvery yellow as the moon and auburn hair gathered back in a ponytail.
"Wait!" luke called out to them a bit too late.
Percy followed the arrow as it made its way to the manticore. He paled at what happened next.
Apparently, the daughter of Athena had a hat that made her invisible; Percy would learn more about it later on and had used it to attack the mythical beast. The hat had fallen off, making her visible once more, and when the arrow had hit its mark, she was stuck hanging on for dear life. The manticore stumbled off the edge of the cliff, taking her with it.
Luke rushed to the cliff and was about to go after them if it wasn't for the daughter of Zeus stopping him. Percy stared at the Yankees cap that laid there in the snow, sounds of birds barely registering in his mind as he grabbed the hat. He walked over to Luke as the lieutenant spoke to them
"-ot even a child of the sea could survive that fall," Zoe spoke with a frown. Percy sighed as he put a hand on Luke's shoulder.
"There is a small chance she is still alive. I have not sense death yet." Percy spoke as he handed the cap to Luke. He smiled softly.

Percy sat down with the four other demigods and one satyr.
"You two, ok?" Percy asked his unclaimed siblings.
"Yeah, we are fine, but what just happened?!" Bianca asked as Nico looked up from his card game with the satyr.
"What do you know about your parents?" asked Zeus's kid (Percy needs to learn people's name).
"Nothing except that they died when we were young." Nico chimed in.
"Well, that's not true. Your father is still alive." Percy told them. "But he is very important, so he asked me to look after you."
"What is so important he abandoned his kids!" Bianca looked pissed after hearing that.
"Well, he is a god." the son of the sea god spoke. Nico perked up as Bianca froze.
"Really! Which one?" Nico asked excitedly.
"He doesn't wish to be known as of right now, but he wanted you two to know he loves you both," Percy told them.
"How do you know all of this?" the daughter of Zeus asked. "And who are you?"
"As I said, their father asked me to look after them. And for who I am, well.." he stood up. "I am Percy Jackson, son of Hades. Nice to meet my cousins."
They looked shocked at this, but the daughter of the sky smiled.
"I'm Thalia, daughter of Zeus. It's nice to meet you, cousin." she held her hand out, which he gladly shook.
"And I'm Joshua, son of the best god! Poseidon," he smirked smugly as if he was waiting for Percy to bow down to him.
"I'm pretty sure there are plenty of gods better than the sea god." there was bitterness in Percy's voice. Joshua fumed a bit as Percy turned to the satyr. "And you are?"
"Oh. I'm Grover." he seemed nervous around the dark prince.
"Oh, I remember you now! You, him, and that daughter of Athena were in the underworld about two years ago!" Percy snapped his fingers. "Sorry about scaring you guys. It was a bad day."
"I-its fine." he stuttered.
"That was you!" Joshua stood up. "I should-"
He never got to finish as Zoe walked over to them, asking for Bianca.
Percy wished the girl luck before she left.
