It was 6 pm, and I was walking home, from my friends house, just 2 blocks away. I was walking across the street, when a car suddenly, out of nowhere, a girl driving a truck was driving and texting. She didn't stop, because she didn't see me, right after a second, she saw me and stopped. But it was too late. I was involved in an accident. I was rushed to the emergency room.
I could have moved, but it was happening too fast. My family came rushing in. They were worried to death. I had two collapse lungs and a really bad and red looking road burn. I also broke my arm. All of my family, not including the ones out of state, came and visited me. My two friends, August and Bradyn, came and visited. They cheered me up, a lot. The next day, I woke up, seeing a visitor, sleeping on the side of my bed.
He was sitting on a chair with his arm crossed, also with his head inside the circle, his arms made. He was snoring away. The visitor was surprisingly, Bradyn. I woke him up. He looked like a mess. He woke up, rubbing his eyes. When he saw me, he jumped up. He look super embarrassed. He blushed. "It's okay, Bradyn. Don't be embarrassed." Bradyn took a deep breath in and out. I always knew he had a big crush on me.
It felt romantic. I couldn't believe what I did next. I asked him out. He freaked out. "Uhh..I need to use the bathroom real quick." hesitated Bradyn. I knew he was dancing happily inside the bathroom. I gave a big smirk and, I, myself, danced and laugh, too.
