When a pregnant women dies during decomposition she may give birth to the deceased child when gasses attempt to escape the corpse.

This event tended to happen to women who were hung at the gallows. The child would be expelled still hanging by the umbilical cord.

Now,there are images of coffin births but they are not for those with weak stomachs. Sometimes you can't even see the child because they are covered in maggots.
