My Worst Nightmare

Part 2

Guy Diamonds POV

I walked through the forest to pick flowers for DJ Suki, since I was finally going to tell her that I like her. As I was finishing collecting flowers for my crush, I saw a familiar body land in a huge body of many sized rocks. I dropped the flowers and ran over, gasping sadly when I reached that area when I saw the body. "BRANCH!!" I yelled out in worry. Cuts covered his body, blood coming out of his head and all of his wounds, he had bruises everywhere and what really caught my eye was a very deep cut on his left leg. I ran towards Branch and put my ear to his chest to listen for a heartbeat. I began to worry when I couldnt hear it but sighed in relief when I heard it.....but it was very faint and very slow. I was still scared out of my mind since he was losing it so I lifted him up and ran towards the hospital. DJ Suki will have to wait. My friend is dying, I cant let that happen. I reached the hospital and entered it with Branch in my arms. "HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!! MY FRIEND HAS BEEN BADLY WOUNDED!!!!!!!" I shouted out with fear entering my voice as I spoke. I looked down at him sadly then a few minutes after, I gasped, my eyes widening as I saw his body start to turn grey. "Put him here, quick!!!!" I looked up and saw a doctor run up with a bed. I placed him on it and sadly, my presence wasnt allowed inside the room Branch was moved to. I waited for a good hour or so before a doctor came out. I stood up instantly, waiting for what the doctor would say. "I have him stabilized but his wounds are very bad.....his head injury shouldnt affect anything but he is in a coma, and if we are lucky......the coma should only last a month. If not, we will have to wait and see." The doctor said. I hung my head and ran out to tell Poppy what has happened.

Poppys POV

I walked around the village known as my kingdom with a smile, knowing I will be ruling it with Branch soon. I decided to find Branch and discuss our wedding plans as I continued to smile as I remembered the day he proposed to me. I continued to look for him but he was nowhere to be seen, so I asked a troll I walked by if they had seen him. He nodded and said he saw him walking around and greeting some trolls and chatting to a couple, then walked into a cluster of bushes next to a sign near Biggies home and heard yelling. Then after a few minutes, it stopped and he never came back out. I thanked the troll and ran to the bush area that he spoke of then heard laughter. I walked through the bushes and saw someone I never wanted to see again....Creek but he was kissing....me??..... "Creek what are you doing here?!?!?!" I shouted at him as I asked. "Ahh Poppy my dear." Creek said calmly. My left ear twitched as I got angrier. "Do.Not.Call.Me.Your.DEAR!!!" I shouted angrily. "Where is Branch?!?!" I continued to yell at him. "Woah Woah Woah. Calm down Poppy. Hahaha. He came in and saw me kissing and hugging this robotic clone of you and got upset. He then saw that the clone didnt have a ring, and by the looks of it, he looked pretty upset and his eyes watered as the clone spoke, saying that it hated him, thought he was pathetic and nowhere as amazing as I am and that he was ugly and stupid and said that she didnt know why she loved or accepted him and told him to leave her alone forever. He then began to shed tears and ran off into the forest. Hehe I hope he dies if he hasnt already." Creek said with a smirk. I was about to punch him then run into the forest, but a familiar voice stopped me. "POPPY! POPPY WHERE ARE YOU!?!?" It was Guy Diamond....he sounds worried.....I jumped out from behind the bushes after I punched Creek hard in the jaw. "What is it GD?? You sound scared." I said then put my hand on his shoulder. He panted as he spoke. "I ran all the way here to find you." He said. "Come on GD. Whats the matter??" I asked again. "Its...its Branch....." GD said making my heart jump. "Where is he??? Is he ok???" I asked with a worried tone. "N-No. Hes in the hospital. He has really bad wounds that were fixed up in time before he could have died. But....he is in a coma now...." I teared up after Guy said that but then managed to speak up. "Take me to him....now..." I said with a stern tone. GD nodded and took me to the hospital so I could see him.
