During the 1800s, there was the Nodor family. They were a very classy and wealthy legacy. There were 4 daughters, Grace, Beauty, Wonder and Elegance. Keeping to their family's tradition of naming the females after the word hoped to describe them, the names were picked out of thought that they would fit. Well, it did. Sort of.

Elegance Nodor was an odd lady. She did a strange dance in which she would point both arms up to 1 side after, what she called, "roasting" people, drew in a very peculiar style which resembled nothing of a human, insisted not to wear her long, gorgeous dresses and diamond headresses (instead wearing men's suits and top hats, which of her family did not approve), and spoke in a nearly-incomprehensible way of English (she said things like "gottem" and "emkay", of which relatives were utmost confused about). Preferring to go by a male, Elegance's father had a significant outrage about all her differences. El (as she'd like to be called) however, was not effected by this, saying "Yellin' at your kid ain't gonna teach 'em."
