It was the now their 4th day at Hogwarts and Rosalinda and Hermione felt like zombies, the other girls had to dump water on both their heads just to get them up. Perhaps they shouldn't have stayed out with the Weasley twins until 3 in the morning. See originally they where just gonna raid the kitchens, as they did the first night, then come back. Nope, they ended up taking a swim in the black lake and the twins even showed them some secret passageways. Regardless Hermione and Rosalinda got up and got dressed in their uniforms. The girls all still had in their braids from the previous day, but Miones had fallen out seeing as her hair is so poofy. Charlotte quickly redid Miones hair and then they all headed out to go eat breakfast. On their way down they saw the twins, Neville, Ron, Harry, and two other boys who Lavender Mione and Rosalinda hadn't met yet. "Hey abbey!!" Said the somewhat tall for his age boy. The girls assumed this was Abbeys brother as the two looked a bit alike. "Hey dean," abbey said hugging him back. Dean turned toward Rosalinda and Mione and Lavender and introduced himself and the other boy now known as Seamus. The girls all introduced them self and Then all 12 of them headed to breakfast. Rosalinda could tell she was gonna love it here she had already made 12 amazing friends and she was new here.

'There, look.' 'Where?' 'Next to the tall kid with the red hair.' 'Wearing the glasses?','Did you see their faces?', 'Did you see their scars?' 'The red hair' 'Dang 10 new friends already?!' — these where just some of the whispers that followed Rosalinda and Harry through the halls. They where both slightly uncomfortable with all the attention, of course the twins noticed this and would shut down anyone talking about Harry or Rosalinda. It was sometime later and they had finished breakfast they where now all off to class. As they where walking the potters would yet again notice people, bending backwards, standing on their tip toes, peering out of classrooms, etc. to get a good look at them. All this attention was very strange for the potters seeing as they grew up 'not existing' and being bullied. But they ignored all the whispers and stares and along with all their other friends tried finding their ways to class. It wasn't as easy as it had seemed tho seeing as there were a hundred and forty-two staircases at Hogwarts: wide, sweeping ones; narrow, rickety ones; some that led somewhere different on a Friday; some with a vanishing step halfway up that you had to remember to jump. There were also doors that wouldn't open unless you asked politely, or tickled them in exactly the right place, and doors that weren't really doors at all, but solid walls just pretending. It was also very hard to remember where anything was, because it all seemed to move around a lot. The people in the portraits kept going to visit each other and of course the coats of armour could walk. The ghosts also added to the struggle appearing out of no where and just being as annoying as possible. At one point Rosalinda just got so fed up she would walk, or shove into anything in
her way . Of course she's a sweet person, probably one of the sweetest people you could ever meet, but when she got annoyed she wasn't scared to do what she needed to get what she needs/ wants. Of course they had to be extremely careful where they went as Argus Filch, the caretaker, they managed to get on the wrong side of him on their very first morning.
Filch found them trying to force their way through a door which unluckily turned out to be the entrance to the out-of-bounds corridor on the third floor. He wouldn't believe they were lost, was sure they were trying to break into it on purpose and was threatening to lock them in the dungeons when they were rescued by Professor Quirrell, who was passing. Filch could pop up out of no where as he knew all the secret passageways and everything no one liked him at all. Thanks to the Weasley twins though not only did Rosalinda know where all the secret passageways where, but so did Mione and Lavender.

There was a lot more to Magic then the twins had expected. They had to study the night skies through their telescopes every Wednesday at midnight and learn the names of different stars and the movements of the planets.Three times a week they went out to the greenhouses behind the castle to study Herbology, with a dumpy little witch called Professor Sprout, where they learnt how to take care of all the strange plants and fungi and found out what they were used for. Rosalinda loved Herbology, along with Neville, it was a — passion— to them. Easily the most boring lesson which she hated was History of Magic, which was the only class taught by a ghost. Harry also hated this class along with the rest of their friends. Their first class of the day was Transfiguration "this is some of the most complex and dangerous magic you will learn at Hogwarts," said McGonagall. "Anyone messing around in my class will leave and not come back. You have been warned." One could easily tell she was not one to be messed with.  Then she changed her desk into a pig and back again. They were all very impressed and couldn't wait to get started, but soon realised they weren't going to be changing the furniture into animals for a long time. After making a lot of complicated notes, they were each given a match and started trying to turn it into a needle. By the end of the lesson, only Hermione Granger and Rosalinda Potter and Dean Thomas had made any difference to their match; Professor McGonagall was quite pleased and, showed the class all 3 of theirs. Of course Draco just snorted and mumbled "of course the stupid mud blood and know it all Potter got it." Hermoine and Rosalinda didn't let this get to them though, they knew he was just jealous.
