Naruto is five years old and he is already a Jonin nin under the 3rd Hokage. As he walking to the Hokage's office, multiple of his Chunin and Jonin comrades were looking at him with pitiful faces. As Naruto reached the office the Hokage told him something that would shock him and piss him off at the same time. Naruto I must tell you something important. Hiruzen said. What is it Jiji? Naruto asked. After you were born your parents took your sister out of the village to train her to use the Kyuubi's chakra while you have the soul. Hiruzen said. Naruto froze after hearing what the Hokage said. Hokage-sama I would like too take a break from active duty for a few years. Naruto said.
You can take all of the time you need Naruto. Hiruzen said. Naruto nodded to the Hokage and left the office. (time skip 11 years). Minato Namikaze, Kushina Namikaze, and Narumi Namikaze have returned to the village after 12 years and were currently heading to the Hokage's office. As they reached the office the 3rd Hokage greeted them. Welcome back to the village. Hiruzen said. Thank you. Minato said. What all has happened since we were gone? Kushina asked. We haven't had very much change other than we got some new chunin and jonin. Hiruzen said. That's nice, but how is Naruto doing? Minato asked. He is one of our best Jonin besides Kakashi Hatake and Maito Gai. Hiruzen said proudly.
They were shocked at what Hiruzen just told them. Naruto is one of the best Jonin in the village and that shocked them. How long has Nii-san been a Jonin? Narumi asked. Since he was 5 years old. Hiruzen said. That really shocked her. Where is he now? Minato asked. He is currently living in a forest on the hokage monument. Hiruzen said. With that, Minato hirashined Kushina and Narumi to the top of the hokage monument as quick as possible to meet Naruto.
(Naruto pov)
Naruto started to sense chakra signatures coming his way quickly so he decided to get ready. Minato and the others arrived at Naruto's home only to find Naruto and some clones pointing knives and compound bows at them.
Stand down Naruto we are friendlies. Minato said. Naruto stood down and disarmed himself. Sorry about that lord 4th. Naruto said as he bowed. It's fine Naruto, call me dad and what happened too both of your arms? Minato asked. I believe it is time for you to go lord 4th. Naruto said angered. Minato and the others didn't move until they felt the strong KI directed at them and left to go confront the 3rd about Naruto. As soon as they left, several ANBU came to Naruto. Naruto-san, the counsel has called for you to be at the meeting. ANBU Tora said. Tell them I will be there in an hour. Naruto said. Tora nodded then left. (time skip an hour). Naruto walked in the counsel room wearing his usual attire which consisted of a rusted hitai-ate as belt buckle, bear pelt trench coat that went down to his lower calf that was tattered with holes and a missing right sleeve, black leather iron capped combat boots, baggie camo cargo pants, black t-shirt, iron laced gauntlets, full head iron mask(Think of Obito's mask from the 4th ninja war with only 2 eye holes and no ripple pattern), katana across his back, both arms replaced by a shinobi prosthetics(Sekiro shinobi prosthetic), and a compound bow with a quiver full of arrows. Now that we are all here, why were we called here? Asked Shikaku. Because Minato returned with his wife and daughter from their training trip. Hiruzen said.
Counsel were shocked and happy or at least the civilian side was anyway and the shinobi side was livid but didn't show it. Now I know everybody has questions for them I will let them explain themselves. Hiruzen said. Minato and Kushina explained what they did and why they did it for the next hour. After they finished, 50 percent of the room had different expressions. The shinobi side of the counsel was angry at them while the civilian side was happy about it. Before a fight could break out with shinobi side against the 4th and his family(excluding Naruto), Hiruzen called the meeting closed. As the shinobi side slowly left the room they were giving the Namikaze-Uzumaki family(again excluding Naruto) death-glares as they left. Lord 3rd why do the shinobi side hate us?, we saved the village. Minato asked confused. Yes you did save the village and the people are grateful for the but you abandoned the village the same night and abandoned your own son. Hiruzen said sternly. But we had to train our daughter to control the Kyuubi's charka. Kushina said. And you couldn't take Naruto with you? The 3rd asked getting angry.
He didn't have any of the Kyuubi's chakra and only the soul. We were afraid he would get corrupted by the Kyuubi. Minato said. Minato and Kushina you of all people that chakra is nothing without the soul. I am very disappointed with you both. Hiruzen said very angry and disappointed. S-So all of that training we did to help her control the Kyuubi's chakra was pointless? Kushina asked warily. Yes that is correct, and it has most likely has been going to my black haired "grandson" Naruto. The current acting Hokage said. But he has blonde hair. Minato said. that was just a dye we used so they stop bugging him for today about you too not looking the same, so it should be washed out by the time he gets home. Hiruzen said. They nodded sadly and the left the Hokage's office to their estate the left 12 years ago. Meanwhile Jiraiya was looking for Naruto since he overheard the conversation in the Hokage's office to get him apologize and make him return to the family.
