Chapter 1: He Escaped!?!

##Morro POV##

It's been almost been two years since Lloyd was kidnapped, and I know it's weighing on everyone, especially aunt Misako. I couldn't bear to think about it because it...hurt. I'm training with the guys trying to get my head off of everything, I was practicing A series of punches with our newest ninja, Kai.

"Hey, Morro can I ask you something?" He said as he held the pad.

"Shoot," I replied still training.

"Did something happen that I don't know about?" He asked, I hesitated.

" What...what do you mean?" I stuttered knowing that he'd know I was lying.

"You know what I mean. Morro everyone including you has been acting differently, I asked Cole but he just gave me a glare and walked away. I know I'm a new part of the team, but I need to know. What's wrong, the secrecy is killing me!"

"It's," I took a deep shuddering breath, "It's hard to explain." Kai gave me a face. "Sigh,  fine a year before you started your training there was a young boy that lived here in fact he was Misako's son..." I told him how Lloyd and his mother came to the Monastery trying to keep him safe from his father how they lived here with me and Sensei Wu for a  couple of years. How sensei then started to train Cole, Zane, and Jay, and everyone just loved him, Then how Lord Garmadon snuck in right under our noses and kidnapped him. "We never found him, we tried and tried...but nothing. Not even a clue to where Garmadon took him." I fought back tears.   

"Wow, no wonder Cole didn't like that I asked, thank you Morro for... are you alright?" he asked, with a concerned look on his face.

"Yeah, I'm fine." Suddenly Kai's little sister Nya ran in, she looked scared. 

"Skeletons in Jamonacai village!!! Practically the whole army, It's bad!"

"What!!!!!!!" Everyone said at the same time.

"But they haven't come to Ninjago in almost a year, why come out now?" asked Cole.

"That doesn't matter, the people need our help. NINJA GO!!!!" yelled Morro.

###At Jamonacai village ###

##Samukai P.O.V##

 If anyone of the ninja spoiled this plan it was on my skull, " Keep a lookout for the ninja." I yelled at a group of skeletons, "First warriors who let a ninja past them goes back down to the Underworld, to calm Lord Garmadon! Got it!" I shouted at a nearby group. That got them alert almost immediately, Boy, am I smart. I thought to myself. "The boy is around here somewhere find him! Now!!!!!!" 

## Morro P.O.V##

We rushed to where we kept our dragons, there I found mine sleeping  "Come on Storm, let's find out what Garmadon is planning." I said as I got on the saddle on his neck as he woke up he lifted his head into the air and let out a roar. Storm is quite an amazing dragon, and a good friend, with white and gold scales. (Like in season 9)                                 

###Jamonacai village###

Me and the other ninja landed on the roof of a building right above a group of skeleton guards. I made a bunch of hand signals, they nodded in response as we put my plan in action. I kept an eye on Samukai and try to get answers out of him, while the others prepared a diversion.

 Samukai walked into a tent, I followed hoping to find a clue to what was going on. It was dark inside, so plenty of shadows to hide in. Samukai sat at a desk that looked like it was made out of bones, I shuddered and wiped the thought away. Suddenly a skeleton soldier rushed in. 

"General Samukai, we found him." said the solder.

"Then where is he," he yelled. "we have 24 hours to bring Lord Garmadon his son." I froze. They're looking for Lloyd!?! 

 "He's not listening, we tell him to come and he runs away!" The solder replied confused. 

"Then use force! Bind him, beat him, as long as he's alive, bring him to me."  yelled the General.

"Yes, General !!" said the soldier and left with a salute. I shook myself out of my daze, my little brother was in danger. I ran as fast as a could. I'm coming, Lloyd!

## Kai P.O.V ##

 I was thinking about what Morro told me, so many questions were going through my head while watching for the signal. Lord Garmadon kidnapped his own son...  but why ???  Morro must really miss this kid? Did he almost cry? I wonder if this kid is alright? Would Lord Garmadon have so dark of a heart to injure his own son??... my thought process was interrupted when I saw Morro running at full speed across the roofs of the building in front of me. What is he doing?!?  I ran after him. 

When I finally caught up with him, he was hiding behind a group of rocks. "What are you..." I began to say, as I approached him, but before I could finish he covered my mouth and pulled me down beside him, I looked at him still fighting to get his hand off my mouth ( I picture Kai not liking his face touched by someone, almost as much as his hair.) he put a finger to his lips once I stopped fighting he slowly began to remove his hand. We looked over the rock he pointed to a small group of trees, where there was about 50 of what looked like Garmadon's best troops 

"What's going on." Someone whispered behind us. It was Cole. He and the others must have seen me and Morro running up the mountain and followed. Morro was about to answer when one of the soldiers near the trees yelled.

"We got him!!!" From behind the owner of the voice, a nether skeleton solder came from out from hiding, holding tightly with his boney clutches a small boy that looks no more than 10 with light blond hair making ever the more obvious the blood rolling out of a wound on the side of his head but that didn't scare me as much as the poor child didn't look well at all he was deathly pale and was barely strong enough to fight against his captures grasp which was digging deep into his arms so that the skeleton's once white finger bones were becoming red with blood.

"Lloyd!" I heard the rest of the team gasp.

Sorry, it took so long I was enjoying ether fan fiction for inspiration and had a case of serious writer's block >_<  ugh.
