Let us start here with your weapon. Its a yoyo, much like Killua's but with the symbol in the second picture.

The yoyo but yours will be bigger.

Not your symbol but it's on the yoyo.

The yoyo is made out of 40 pounds (about 18 kilograms) of steel so your hits will hurt but you also transmute it into various weapons.

Semblance
The way your semblance works is more or less like in Fullmetal Alchemist, by clapping your hands together and touching what you want to transmute, you can cause an alchemical reaction to occur making whatever your touching to change accordingly. (Except for flame alchemy which is on the yoyo and ignition gloves)

Did you know that Weiss is actually the second shortest character? She comes in at 5'0" (5'3" with her heels) with Neo being 4'10" if I did my research correctly.
