Chapter Three

After a brief discussion about my father about when I want to leave he suggests leaving in an hour which is classic since Ive only been here for ten minutes and he is telling me to leave in an hour but I don't really mind since I have to go to James' party around 8:30 and I really don't like it here in his office since half the people are rushing about and looking extremely nervous."what time is she coming dad?" I ask my father he quickly checks his knock off Rolex I know full well my father would not spend that much money on a watch."She will be here in ten minutes" my father looks at me as well tensed."is there a coffee shop near your building" I ask him "yeah there is one two blocks from here" He replies back to me and As I head for the elevator and go back down to the ground floor.As I leave his building the cool air of Seattle fills my lungs and Boy I feel good getting out of that office.I decide on staying in the coffee shop for the remainder of the time since I know he will he meeting her whats her name again? Ah well it doesn't matter since I wont be seeing her at all today.I enter the coffee house which is aptly titled "The Coffee" its a very quite setting and there are not many people in there only a few men in business suits wearing something very similar to my father.I order a coffee and the girl who is a brunette smiles at me no doubt trying to suppress her laughter of a teenager ordering coffee at nearly 5:30 in the afternoon.I sit at a round table and take my phone out and check my messages whilst listening to music.This is always a great time killer.After what feels like an hour I check the time on my watch which happens to be 6:45 oh shit why Am I always being late today okay I told my father I would be back damn he must be worried but I really don't think as there are no messages from him.He must be finished with the meeting with her.I forget her name but I quickly hurry to my fathers building and head straight to the elevator whilst smiling at the receptionist who doesn't seem to notice me as I head towards the elevator.Great I must look like an idiot grinning at a woman who is not even looking at me.

As I reach my fathers office floor I find that not many people are there as before and the atmosphere is calm but stressed I don't even know how that is possible.I quickly search for my father until I see A very young woman wearing what seems to be a women's suit holding a document in her right hand heading towards me with Fiery red hair and deep piercing blue eyes.Holy Shit this woman is beautiful.Her expression looks intense until she looks up at me and At that moment I realize I am blankly staring at her.She smiles at me then says "hello" before two men in business suits that look familiar oh waits its those two who came in with me to the elevator the first time I came here.My Father and a few head out as well and my father somewhat ignores me again and calls out "Miss Leslie We look forward to be doing business with you" my father looks somewhat happy and I see her again smile at my father and she says "Very Well Mr.Stevenson Ill see you soon" she looks again at me and my father quickly says "oh sorry Miss Leslie this is my son Jason he has come here to visit me today" my father wraps one arm around my shoulder but I don't feel it as I cant stop looking at her.What is it about her the look she is giving me or the fact that shes stunning "Hello Jason" she extends her arm out to me and I shake her hand and as my skin touches her I feel a sudden charge of butterflies in my stomach whilst electricity running through my veins.Her hand is soft really soft and her nails are manicured to perfection."Miss Leslie nice to meet you" I smile back at her again."Likewise,Ill see you around Mr.Stevenson".My father and me escort her and the two other men in suits to the elevator.As she enters the elevator I notice shes looking at me with an neutral expression but I cant seem to look away. "Until next time Mr.Stevenson, Jason" she says as the doors close.Holy Shit what just happened?
