Oikawa x reader

Chapter 1

It was your first day at your new school, Aoba Johsai! You got up out of bed and got ready. You ran downstairs to grab (food) and ran out the door because you were really excited to go to your new school.

Time skip~~~
You got to school and walked up to your home room door. You were about to walk in when you heard your teacher say teacher: we are getting a new student today her name is (y/n) come on in (y/n). You walk in and stand infront of the class. Y/N: H-hello I'm (y/n) and I'm excited to be here. You say as you look at the class. Teacher: Okay (y/n) you can go sit in the back row by the window. Your teacher says as he points to an empty desk. You walk to the empty desk and stare out the window.

Time skip lunch~~~~
You grabbed your lunch and started eating when a girl comes over to you. ???: Hi! I'm Naomi. can I sit with you? Y/N: Uhh sure. You say smiling. She sits down beside you. Naomi: So what's your name? Y/N: (y/n) Naomi: why did you come to Aoba Johsai? Y/N: W-well I moved here from (state/country) and Aoba Johsai was the closest school from where I live so I came here. Naomi: Oh okay. Naomi smiles. Y/N: Does Aoba Johsai have a volleyball club? Naomi: Yeah they do but only for the boys.  Why don't they have one for the girls? No girls wanted to join. Oh well since I can't play, I wanna become team manager do you know who I can talk to? Yeah his name is Tooru Oikawa just stop by the gym after school and the boy with the really fluffy brown hair and one white knee pad is the one your looking for, he's team captain. Naomi says. Okay thanks Naomi. You smile. Hey can I have your number before lunch ends? we're not allowed to have phones out during class. Naomi says. Yeah. You say pulling out your phone and giving it to her. She puts in her number and gives your phone back right as the bell rings. Well I gotta go see ya later. You say getting up and walking out of the classroom.

Time skip after school~~~

You walk to the gym and peak your head inside and see the boys practicing. You walk inside and watch for a minute. You watch as the boys take turns serving and receiving. The boy that Naomi was talking about was going up to serve. He throws the ball in the air runs up to it and jumps, smacking it to the ground on the other side of the net. Your mouth fell open when you saw him serve. Wow his jump float serves are amazing. You think to yourself. A boy with sorta spikey hair notices you and goes to the team captain. You hear him say "oi shittykawa someone's in the gym" as he points to you. You blush a little as they both walk over to you. Can I help you? The boy with brown fluffy hair asked. U-uhh a-are you O-Oikawa? You ask looking down while blushing. Yes I am, what do you need me for? He says smiling at you. W-well I was wondering I-if I could become t-the team manager for the volleyball club? You ask looking up at him. Yeah let me go get you a club form. He says before running to the club room. You look at the boy with spikey hair an then look away. I'm iwaizumi Aoba Johsai's ace. He says. I-I'm (y/n). What year are you in? Iwaizumi asks looking at you. I-I'm a second year. Oikawa comes back with a paper in his hands and gives it to you. Here just take this home and get it signed and bring it back to me tomorrow. He smiles at you. You put it in your backpack and the boys start to walk away. U-uhh can I stay and watch your practice today? They both turn around and look at you. Of course you can. Oikawa says. You smile a little and sit on the bench as they walk back to the court. You hear Oikawa say to the team "sorry about that guys but we had someone that wanted to become the team manager" they all look over at you and you blush intensely and look down. They start practice again and a few minutes later you hear a boy say "watch out!" You look at the ball that's coming toward you and you stand up and receive it sending it straight to Oikawa as he sets it to iwaizumi to spike it down. After iwaizumi spiked the ball down all the boys looked at you. You blush again and sit back down. S-sorry. You say looking down. Don't say sorry. Oikawa says walking over to you. You look up at him. That was a nice receive, do you play? He asks. Y-yeah I do. You tell him. What position? I can play all positions but my position on my old team was the libero. You say. Well how about you practice with us tomorrow. He says smiling at you. O-okay. You smile back at him. Oikawa stands up. Guys let's end practice early for today. He says to the team. Some of them cheer. First years pick up any trash second years get the brooms and iwa-Chan me and you will take down the net. He tells the team. You stand up and grab your things and start walking out when you hear Oikawa say "(y/n) stay I wanna talk to you after me and iwa get the net down". O-okay. You nod and sit back down on the bench. You watch as the boys pick up trash, sweep and take down the net. Once they were done everyone left except for Oikawa. He walks over to you. One second I'm gonna go change and then I'll come talk to you. Okay. You smile. He runs to the locker room and a few minutes later he comes back. Can I walk you home? He asks. Y-yeah. You blush a little. You guys start walking to your house. So (y/n) why did you wanna be the team manager for the team? He asks. Well I wanted to play but Aoba Johsai doesn't have a girls volleyball club. Oh well you can practice with us at anytime even if you don't become team manager you just have to tell me that you wanna practice. Okay. You smile at him. He smiles back and you start to get butterflies. Well we're here thanks for walking me home Oikawa senpai. No problem (y/n)-Chan. You blush a little. Wait before you go inside I was wondering if I could have your number? He asks. Yeah. He hands you his phone and you put in your number and give the phone back to him. Thanks (y/n)-Chan. He smiles and walks away.
