Chapter 2

You go inside and run up to your room. You sit down at your desk and start doing your homework.

Y/n come downstairs for a second. Your mom calls from the kitchen.

You run downstairs and into the kitchen. Yeah mom?

What took you so long to get home? Your mom ask while starting to make dinner.

Oh sorry mom I wanted to join the girls volleyball team at school but they didn't have one so I talked to the boys team captain about becoming the manager for the boys team. After we talked about that I sorta got caught up and stayed to watch them practice...

Well tell me next time your gonna stay after school I was worried about you.

It's okay. Now go finish your homework so you don't forget

Okay mom. You run upstairs and and start doing your homework again.

About an hour later you finish your homework. You lay down on your bed and decide watch a movie.

Y/n dinners ready! Your mom calls from the kitchen.

You run downstairs and sit at the table.

Oh hey mom I need you to sign something. You run back upstairs and grab the volleyball paper out of your backpack and goes back to the kitchen. You hand it to her.

What's this? She ask while looking at the paper.

It's a form for being the volleyball manager.

Oh okay. She signs it and gives it back to you.

You take it back upstairs and put it in your backpack and then you go to the kitchen and sit back down and eat your dinner.

After dinner you go to the bathroom are start getting ready to get in the shower. As you turn on the water you get a text.

Text-

Oikawa: hey

You: hey

Oikawa: can we talk for a little bit? I wanna get to know the new Aoba Johsai volleyball team manager

You: you don't even know if I'm gonna be the new manager

Oikawa: did your parents say no??

You: yeah

You: my mom said that I shouldn't waste my time watching boys get sweaty😉

Oikawa: wait did your mom actually say no?? :(

You: no idiot she said yes I was just messing with you lol

Oikawa: oh... I thought you were being serious

Oikawa: if you were being serious I would've been sad

You: and why is that?

Oikawa: because I like making you waste your time ;)

You: your such an idiot

Oikawa: that's rude

You: what's the real reason why you would be sad?

Oikawa: because your funny and having a girl like you around would make the team be more hyped up about the games

You: whatever. I gotta get in the shower I'll talk to you tomorrow

Oikawa: okay gn

You: gn

You get in the shower and around 30 minutes later you get out and go to your room. You lay down and finish the movie you were watching earlier.

The next day-

You wake up to your loud annoying alarm clock. You couldn't find the button so you pick it up and threw it against the wall and it breaks into pieces.

Ughhh! You get up and get ready for school. You go to grab your phone of of your nightstand but it's not there. You look all around your room for your phone and you finally find it on the ground behind your bed. You try to turn it on and it was dead.

I hate mornings.

You grab your portable charger and plug your phone up. You run downstairs and into the kitchen expecting your mom to be making breakfast but she wasn't in there. There was a note on the counter saying...

I had to leave for work early today so I couldn't make you breakfast. But there is 10 dollars in the envelope that's taped to your door so you can buy breakfast before school. PS. The reason I taped it to your door is because you usually always forget your headphones.

I knew I was forgetting something!

You run back upstairs and grab your headphones and the 10 dollars out of the envelope. You run downstairs and out the door.

You start walking to school when you see Oikawa across the street. You walk to him and start walking beside him waiting for him to notice you.
He didn't notice you unt I'll you accidentally touch him with your arm. He jumps a little and takes out his earphones.

You scared me! How long have you been walking with me?

Not to long I was waiting for you to notice me. I didn't mean to touch you i accidentally did it.

Oh well don't do that. Tell me next time you want to walk with me.

Okay.

As you guys were walking a bunch of girls started running towards you and Oikawa. You kept hearing them say things like "your so amazing Oikawa" and "we love you Oikawa" you thought it was kind of annoying but you didn't say anything. Right as you got to school all of the girls ran off to their home room. Oikawa starts walking to his but you grab his arm.

Wait Oikawa I have the manager paper.

You pull it out of your backpack and give it to him.

Oh well you could've wait to give it to me after school but now works to. He smiles.

Oh. You blush a little and look away.

You both split up and walk to your home room class.

At lunch~

You sit in an empty classroom and put your headphones on.
You start drawing because you didnt bring your lunch today and you wanted to save the money that your mom gave you. Your friend Naomi walks into the classroom it you didn't notice so you keep drawing.

Y/n......y/n.........y/n!

You take off your headphones and look at Naomi.

Sorry I was listening to music I didn't hear you come in

It's oka- oooh what are you drawing?

O-oh it's n-nothing. You put one of your books on top of your drawing.

Oh come on y/n show me. it can't be that bad
