The Teams and The Explanation

"Let's go training now! We have to grow stronger to become the strongest guild in Fiore!" Natsu shouted.

"I guess we can start training now. You guys will train for three months. After that, you'll come back here so I can announce the team that will enter the contest." Master said.

"Alright! Luffy! Why don't you and the gang train with us?"

"Training again? But I trained for two years already. I think I can handle myself!" Luffy said with his signature grin.

"Ok. You're gang can come with us then." Gray said.

"Um...Actually, we all trained for two years." Nami said.

"Really? Why did you guys train for two years?" Erza asked. Luffy's eyes was shadowed by his hat. He didn't have his grin anymore. He is frowning.

"I'm gonna get some fresh air." he said and went outside.

"I'm sorry, did I say something wrong?" Erza asked worriedly.

"I guess we have more explaining to do." Sanji said as he took another puff from his cigarette.

"You see, we have a reason that we trained for two years." Robin started.

"And what is that?" Lucy asked.

"Two years ago, we were separated by a man name Bartholomew Kuma. He has the power of the Paw-Paw Fruit. The paws in his hands can bounce back any attack. Once we were all touch by his paws, each of us went to another place."

"But how did you know that you will be training for two years?" Levy asked.

"It was Luffy. He was in the news when he made a ruckus at a place called Marineford. On his arm, there was a tattoo. There was 3D that was crossed off and then there was 2Y. Before we were separated, we promise to meet at a certain place after 3 days. But none of us was able to go back after 3 days." Chopper said.

"I see! 3D in his tattoos means 3 days. Since it's crossed off, it was replaced with 2Y. Meaning two years right?" Wendy asked.

"Correct. We trained to be stronger so an incident like that won't happen again. But with Luffy, I'm guessing he had two reasons." Ussop said.

"And that is?" Gajeel asked.

"To protect us." Brook said.

"And the other?" Carla asked.

"To know better, we are all pirates." Sanji said.

"Pirates? Are you guys famous in your world?" Natsu asked.

"Yes. We were known as the Straw Hats. Luffy has a bounty of 300 million." Zoro said.

"He must be crazy strong!"

"As we were saying, Luffy has a brother name Ace. He too was very famous. But then he was captured and was sentence to be executed. While we were separated, Luffy went to save his brother. During the execution, Luffy saved him. But..." Franky said with sad eyes.

"Don't tell me he...died?" Lissana asked.

"Right in front of Luffy. Luffy vowed to never left anything like that happen again." Nami said.

"And I will make sure that I will fulfill that." Luffy said at the guild doors. "No need for the pity talk guys. What I'm looking forward is the GMG!"

"Right! If Luffy and his crew strong, we might be able to win! Let's train now!" Master said while everyone shouted with glee.

Timeskip: Three Months

Natsu and his team weren't able to train because they were partying in the Celestial World. But thanks to a man name Jellal, who made the independent guild with Meredy and Ultear, they were able to help them. Now, it is the announcement for the teams.

"For the team that will join the team, we have Natsu! Gray! Erza! Lucy! And Wendy!" Master said.

"Alright! I'm all fired up!" Natsu said.

"Why am I part of the team?" Lucy complained.

"It means that Master is counting on you and Wendy. You should be proud." Erza said.

"Alright! Let's aim for number one!" Master said as everyone cheered.

That's all for this chapter. I can't wait to write the next chapter. So I decided that some of the Straw Hats will join Fairy Tail B. Who do you think should be out?
