After the forth great ninja war ended, the world changed big time due to the exhausting battles that every shinobis have gone through for a long period of time.

Although not all go on with the good terms, rogue ninjas can't still be remove and some of the criminal acts. Well infact, that is the truth in the Shinobi world, as long as power exists, along with it have a domino effect.
And as long that every leaders of the nations does value peace and security of each individuals, that is the purpose of the Shinobis existence. To protect and guide the safety of everyone, from the evil doers who are trying to destroy peace and harmony.

He really now understood the stress of Baa-chans been through, his kakashi sensei, and the rest of the former hokages.
Ironic it is since when he was a kid he always tell people his declaration of becoming the greatest hokage and now he have little regrets since he becomes restless with the unending paper works on which he never suits of, since when he was a kid, he is really not good with paper and pens.

Shikamaru have been helping him but not on a long time knowing him he is the most honest and lazy best buddy he have so they're greatful that Shizune-san is always their to assist them, specially he the Seventh Hokage Uzumaki Naruto that every one relies with, admired and feared at the same time.
"This is so troublesome," he heared Shikamaru exclaimed and he halfly laugh on it since he is also exhausted and tired.
They heared a knock on the door and comes in Shizune on her hands with a tray of Green tea and two cups.
"Give yourselves a break guys, I'm just done with the hospital works so I'm free to help you two." She said and smiled while preparing them the Green tea and breads.
"We are really grateful of you Shizune-san." Naruto genuinely smiled at her.
"Such a life saver we really are grateful of," Shikamaru added putting the files on the table.
"Nah, it's nothing." Shizune grind.

She opened her pad and remove her boots putting it on the shoe rock and going straight to the Red sofa of her mini living room, lying her restless body and taking a nap since she just came from the hospital and she just have five surgerys this day.
She calmed her body with the sound of the wind chime of her window since she forgot it was halfly opened yesterday.
After ten minutes of napping she get up and prepared her self for dinner.
She cooked that's only good for her. She then ends after thirty minutes on the kitchen and smiled for her menu of the night, she prepared grilled salmon, garlic rice and mushroom soup, for a medical ninja and a resident doctor of the Hidden leaf's Hospital like her she sure have a big appetite that she is still thankful of, because she doesn't goes fat although just gaining some weights.
She prayed for a bit and started eating her food before it will get cold then as her usual routines everynight, she'll wash the dishes, go put lukewarm water on her bath tub and put a body soup powder on it and relax her body for fifteen to twenty minutes and she'll brush her teeth and wear a red silky bathrobe, dry her long and straight pink hair and go to her Queen size bed.
