The Unexpected life of a Vampire

•|Chapter 3:Meet upon danger|•

Damon's POV:

I decided to leave the palace without any hesitation,without asking my father Mael's permission to leave.I escaped through the vampire guards using my ability to speed up my moves which i inherited from my father Mael.When i escaped,i decided to walk by the woods and there i saw other vampire guards trying to catch a girl,maybe to imprison her,I dont know.I got a pocket knife and tried to wound myself in the woods so they can smell it and the girl can escape freely.

/*Made a wound in my hand using the pocket knife*

I let them smell the royal blood and cursed them to death,so they will cause no harm to that girl.The vampire guards hurriedly licked my blood and they turned to ashes.

While the girl?

She appeared behind me.

"Why would you do that to me?why would you help me?" She asked

"It's none of your business."

I decided to disappear into thin air to go to another place,I turned to a snake so she will not find me,and went straight ahead back to the white kingdom.

But why am I hiding my identity?

Amanda's POV:

I am so scared,but will i do?But I am a vampire,I can do this.I was about to face them when suddenly I smell a blood,I tried to stop myself smelling from that blood and turns out not to turn into ashes like what happend to the vampire guards when they licked the man's blood.

But why did he do that?to save me?
No one knew.

I appeared behind the man and confronted him,but he totally said it' none of my business.

Is he arrogant?I'm still a woman y'know can't he respect me as a woman,furthermore?argh

I whispered to myself when he disappeared to thin air.

Damon's POV:

I arrived at the kingdom once again,this time my father confronted and asked me.

"Where the hell did you go?"

I didn't say any responses,instead I decided to walk by him as if I dont see him.But he was wise too,He told me about my wound.

"What happened to your hand?"

"Nothing,I need to go to my room." I replied.

After going to my room,I realized what have my father done for destroying this pure kingdom,what have he?

I don't know what's happening to me.

Mael's POV:

I was worried about damon but then he came after all visitors are gone.I confronted him why did he left and left no responses upon me.

But  I was the king of vampires,yet i saw his wound.

"What happened to your hand?" But he said nothing and went staright to his room.

Childish,psh.

Amanda went back home when she felt no danger coming near her,but she wondered about the man who save her.

Will that man change her life?
