Camp camp: nikki's mistake

Nikki's mistake

Max nikki and Neil were talking when gwen came over to them looking angry "OK! which one of you little snot rockets have been in the counsellor cabin?" She looked at them angry and max answered her question "umm, none of us!" She looked angrier " Lies! I know it was you because my feminine haptic products are no longer colour codes and- oh my god I've said too much" max told her it wasn't then and she yelled at them "well if it wasn't you who was it" max told her they didn't usually do 2 adventures a day but decided to help her but nikki told him she had other plans and she left and went over to the tent where  Nerris and dolph were waiting for her "hey guys ready to find sasquatch?" They both cheered and the 3 set up a trap to catch him with and when They finished nikki confessed to the two that it feels get to take a step back and let her hair down with them she said that max can be so micro-managing and that she isn't reaching her full potential , dolph told her to do 'the impersonation' she said she can't but he persuaded her to and she did it, she Ruffled her hair to look like max's and tried copying his voice "hey I'm max, shut damnit, what the he'll are you doing, I hate everything, my breath smells like old tires" dolph and nikki started laughing but Nerris wasn't "umm nikki stop the impression, turn around" nikki ignored her and continued her impression and making fun of max and jokingly said she hated him "NIKKI, SERIOUSLY TURN AROUND" nikki still ignored her so Nerris grabbed her head and turned it and nikki stopped her impression and she saw max was behind her looking sad. Nikki? Do you have me?" "M-MAX! I DIDN'T MEAN WHAT I WAS SAYING I WAS JUS-" Max ignored her and started running into the woods looking like he was about to cry "MAX WAIT" nikki started running to max and almost caught up with him but tripped up over a tree root and fell onto her face and max ran deep into the woods and nikki wouldn't be able to catch up with him and he kept running into the woods and he eventually got so deep into them that he got lost and wouldn't be able to get out

MAX POV:

I ran into the woods crying about what nikki said about me, does she really hate me?, I saw nikki following me trying to make me stop "MAX WAIT" She almost caught up with me out she tripped over a tree root and I continued running into the woods and I got so deep that I got lost and I don't know how to get back out but I just wanted to be on my own, why am I crying? Am I that upset about nikki hating me? Why would she pretend to be my friend when she hates me?, I sat down leaning on a tree crying into my arms but then I heard nikki shouting for me again "MAX? COME BACK I'M SORRY!" I stayed completely silent so she wouldn't know where I was "MAX! I'M SORRY, I DIDN'T MEAN WHAT I SAID PLEASE COME BACK" I sat in complete silence and waited for nikki to leave "MAX PLEASE, I DON'T HATE YOU YOU'RE MY BEST FRIEND" I heard her voice breaking a small amount and it seemed like she was starting to cry too "OH FORGET IT, HE ISN'T GOING TO LISTEN TO ME" she started to cry a small amount herself but I didn't hear or see her crying so I didn't know that she was sad

NIKKI POV:

I left the woods with tears in my eyes and I really wanted to talk to max about what I said and that I didn't mean it, Nerris walked over to me "nikki did you find him anywhere?" She asked me sounding like she didn't really care "NO! I can't did him anywhere and I think he hates me now, I wish I hadn't even said those things about him" Nerris gave me an 'I told you so' look "I told you to stop anthem around" I started crying a small amount again "You could of just said max was standing behind me, then I would have shut up and this wouldn't have happened" Nerris crossed her arms at me "I tried to tell you but you just kept talking over me" I held my head in my hands and ran to my tent and sat on my bed regretting what I said ,why did I say I hated him? What's wrong with me? Why would I say that? I don't hate him, I waited for max to return to the camp the whole day but he didn't come back and I got so worried that something bad had happened to him, David went out to look for him and I asked if I could look with him but he refused to let me because I was the reason he ran away and told me it would be best if I didn't hang out with him anymore even though I repeatedly told him I didn't mean to upset him and that I don't really hate him, he left into the woods to look for max and I just stayed in my tent waiting to see if David would come back with max or not, I really hoped he would come back with max so I could tell him I didn't mean to hurt his feeling and that he is my best friend and I really cared about him then Neil came into my tent to check on me "hey nikki? Are you okay?" He sat on my bed next to me " NO Neil I'm not okay, it's my fault max ran away, I made fun of him and said I hated him but he overheard me saying that and ran away" Neil have me an angry look "why would you do that? DO YOU HATE MAX?" I started crying again " NO NEIL I DON'T! I DON'T KNOW WHY I SAID THAT I JUST WANTED DOLPH AND NERRIS TO-" Neil interrupted me "SO YOU TREAT YOUR BEST FRIEND TERRIBLY?" I ran out my tent and into the woods goblin for max and apologise to him and hope he would forgive her and not stop being her friend

3RD PERSON POV:

Nikki ran into the woods looking for max so she could apologise and hope he forgive her and not stop being her friend, max had fallen asleep leaning against a tree and nikki found him sleeping with a few tears still on his cheeks nikki sat down inform of him and wiped the tears of him cheeks "I'm sorry max" she was about to wake him up but stopped herself and thought about how he would react to seeing her would be be angry, scared, sad, happy? But she also thought ,he looks cute when he sleeps! Wait! What am I thinking? I should just wake him up, she shook him awake and when he woke up he saw her and started crying again "Nikki? You hate me? I thought we were friends" nikki hugged max and cried herself "I DON'T HATE YOU MAX! YOU'RE MY BEST FRIEND! I ONLY SAID THAT BECAUSE DOLPH WANTED ME TO DO AN IMPRESSION OF YOU AND I SAID I HATED YOU BECAUSE DOLPH HATES YOU AND HE WANTED ME TO SAY SOMETHING BAD ABOUT YOU! I LOVE YOU MAX!" As soon as she said that she loved him she went completely silent "y-you love me?" Max wiped the tears of him face and stopped crying and nikki stopped crying too she smiled at him and leaned forward to kiss him "w-woah! Nikki?" Nikki stopped herself from kissing him "what's wrong max" max and nikki stopped hugging "I just spent the whole day think if you hated he and know you try and kiss me?" Nikki leaned forward " max in sorry about today and internet what I said but if you kiss me it will show that I'm still your best friend and still care about you, I love you max" she leaned forward with her eyes closed and kissed him on the lips making max blush a lot and when she stopped max stared at her with a shocked look on her face "max?" Max stood up and and started walking back to the camp with nikki " hey max can we hold hands" she asked him "what?" She grabbed his hand and started walking back to camp while holding his hand "do you forgive me max?" He looked at her "yes I do"
