Chapter 30

(Ashley's P.O.V.)

For some reason I woke up. I felt the embrace of someone. The warmth, comfort, and the security of knowing someone was there. I could see a faint light coming from the window. Abruptly I felt movement then heard a voice. It was Nash.

"Good morning, beautiful." The grogginess of his voice was a sweet tune to me. "Good morning." I said with my own version of a tired voice. He gently hugged me and dug his head into my back then slowly brought it back up. "Just in time." he said. "For what?" "Come here I'll show you."

I got up then he did as well, then he grabbed my hand and led me to the window. I got closer to him and laid my head on his chest. "It's beautiful." I said referring to the sun rising. "Just like you." he said smirking. I focused my attention to him now, watching his smirk get larger. "You are very cheesy aren't you?" I said laughing. He looked down upon me still with a big, bright smile. "Got you to smile didn't it?" "Of coarse, but you always manage to." "Yeah I know, it's kind of my job."

(Nash's P.O.V.)

An hour after the viewing of the sunrise, I had decided to take shower once Ashley fell asleep. The hot water felt great when it fell on my body. My showers are my thinking place. And right now I needed to do a lot of thinking.

Social media has done a lot for me, plus my fans. But I have a feeling they are gonna make my life hard. I don't know why I started to think of this. I think it's the fact that, I'm fearing they will try to break mine and Ashley's relationship. I think once I go back to LA and whether I have her with me they'll try to break us up, if not they'll think I'm some loveless guy.

I just gotta hope that everything turns out for the best in the future and that I'll make the right choices.

(Ashley's P.O.V.)

Lately I've had this sorta fetish over books. When Nash thought I was 'sleeping' I kinda just pretended to sleep just so I could read. Yeah, strange. But seriously, I just remembered packing one. I think I got some sort of memory loss from my incident at the hotel.

Well, I am currently reading If I Stay for maybe like the 10th time. But I'm almost done at the moment. It's been my favorite book for a while. I really want to finish it and I'm so close. Oooh two pages left. I continued to read. One more, awe this is so cute. Right when I turned the page I heard loud thumps on the stairs, but I never looked to see what it was. All of a sudden, something flipped over the couch and onto me, then after the impact, my book fell on my face. "Wanna do something?" He said in an eager voice. I removed my book from my face and stared into his piercing blue eyes. I glided my fingers on top of his wet hair."Like what?" I asked. He leaned down our eyes were connected, I could feel his hot breath on my lips, he leaned in more, and just when I thought he was gonna kiss me he went closer to my ear and whispered, "Lets go on an adventure." Then he was in the same spot he was before he asked me if I wanted to do something. I gave him a puzzled look and said, "Eh, sure."

"Aye babe!" He called out while I was changing. "Yeah!" I said loudly so he could hear me. "Make sure to put on a bathing suit." He said. He must of came upstairs, because his voice sounded closer. I put on a turquoise and black 'triangl' set. To wear over I put on royal blue v neck and shorts. I quickly brushed my hair then put a few coats of waterproof mascara and slid on my flip-flops. I walked downstairs to see Nash. He was wearing a plain white shirt and royal blue swimming trunks (a/n if that's what they are called 😂)

"You ready?" He asked. "Yeah,lets go" I said with a smile.

(Nash's P.O.V.)

"Can I ask where we are going?" Ashley asked. "It's a surprise, just follow." We started walking into the woods. I knew exactly where to take her and I know she'll love it. I saw her looking around, mesmerized. "So do you like it so far?" I asked as she looked down at the flowers and the trees then looked back up at me. She gave me a really big smile and nodded her head. "I'm really glad I met you." she said with a smile. "Me too babe." I grabbed her hand and continued down the path.

I watched as her face went from a really happy look to a curious one. "Did you actually plan on coming here?" she asked. "Umm, maybe." I replied. The thing we were looking at was a little house right by the lake. It's actually owned by my dad but he gave me the key a while back and told me to take care if it. The house wasn't that little it, appeared little. It actually is white with vines going up the front, of two story, has a balcony, there are flowers all around and has a stone path going towards the door.

I don't really remember the back all too well, but I do remember the memories in the water. The last time I was there was when Mom and Dad were together.

"I really like it, thanks for bringing me." She's said while smiling. "No problem, I knew you would." As we approached the I pulled out the key holding up to her and smiled. She laughed and eagerly waited for me to open the door. Once it opened she ran in and jumped on the couch. "Oh, wow! I'm so glad we got here cause my feet started to hurt." She said. I chuckled at her.

I asked dad to stock the fridge for today and to bring the Notebook for us to watch, I actually prefer Titanic better, but we didn't have it. I really hope this day turns out really good.

So I thought if try to get a chapter in because I haven't written in a while. I was gonna try to continue the rest of the day but I figured you guys need something to read cause you are probably already caught up with the story so far. If I can, I'll write ASAP, school is almost out in 16 days and I'm so excited cause I'll be able to write more.......and cause I get to sleep more. 😂😂😂
