Mckenzie's P.O.V
'Mckenzie have you finished packing,you need to leave soon or you'll miss the flight!'
Called my mom from the bottom of the stairs.
'Yeah okay I get it I'm done!' I moan
'I don't even want to go to England, knowing that my useless dad who decided to leave us three years ago and only wants to speak to us when we get into contact first will be there' I shout getting angry as I stomp down the stairs to greet my mom 'come on honey it will be an new adventure for you' my mum tries to sound happy but I know she knows I'm right.
'Im going to miss you so much sweetie pie' my soppy mother says while wiping away her tears. Just then we heard the sound of my taxi beeping outside then without another word she walked me to the front door of our petite house as Connor my weak excuse of a dad left us with fuck all. The taxi driver helped me put my seven suitcases in the back of the taxi while mother is in tears behind me, with tears forming in my eyes I turned around to give her one last hug. 'Goodbye mom'
Cassie's P.O.V
'YOUR GOING TO THAT UNIVERSITY IN LONDON AND THATS FINAL!' Screamed my dad at me. ' oh come on honey there's no need to shout Cassie knows that this university will help her and improve her attitude, don't you Cassie?'
I give my mom a glare before replying
'No I don't actually,it's pathetic that your letting him send me to the other side of the world just to go to some shitty university that is even worse than here,you think sending me away from you is going to make me better when it's going to make me worse because your not their to say no to my decisions!'
'You never listen anyway,you are a disgrace to this family and we can't handle you' my dad exclaims before storming out. I turn to look at my mother who has red and puffy eyes from all the crying 'I'm sorry baby it's a good university and you know I don't want you to go but it's a great opportunity' she said calmly while stroking my arm trying to sooth me,but I walk out of the door with my bags before any of them could say goodbye...
