They back away, Hitoshi kisses Kaminari then backs away, then Kaminari kisses Hitoshi and they finally don't back away, but they start making out.
"How'd you do that?" Shigaraki asks
"They've been at each others throats when they were alone, not literally at each others throats, but you know what I mean." Dabi says
"I pushed Kaminari, Hitoshi caught him, we made them kiss, then they were trying to remember what it was because they weren't faking it, and after they did this happened." Midoriya says
