Gaara x Reader

Part 1

Hiiiii this is my first story and also you are the same age as Gaara when he was a baby 🥺 you are kakshis younger sister :)

Kakashi and his squad got a mission to go assist the sand village for a couple of months. You being the have to get your way little girl you had to come with them, Kakashi, not seeing any harm in it finally gave in and let you come.
When you finally arrived you where on Kakshis back sleeping. You guys checked with the Kazekage and got a room. Once you woke up the next day you went downstairs. "Morning Onii-Chan!" Y/n chirped. Kakashi grumbled in response, this man ain't a morning person :(.
"Can I go explore?" You said. Kakashi was silent for awhile, as he had to go do missions all day today, "Fine, but don't go too far.." he lazily said, "and don't go talking to strangers" he grumbled.
You squealed and got on your shoes and ran out the door, on your way you saw many people all you waved and smiled at, the sand village is full of muted colors but you were young so you just wanted to meet other kids. you found this playground sort of place and decided to play with the other kids. After a while the kids started making up stupid rules, fighting, and started to get boring so you left them, as you were leaving you saw a boy on the swings not to far form where you were playing earlier. You decided to go visit him since he looked lonely.
"Hiiiiiii" you squealed. His eyes widened and stared at you. "What you doing" you said as your eyes wondered to the cute bunny he was hugging oh so closely to his small chest. "Y-your not scared of me?" He whispered. "No of course not!" You explained. "But I'm a monster.." he trailed off. You held a confused look for a second and then leaned over and hugged the poor cinnamon roll.
He squeaked. "Wh-what are you doing?!" He asked/exclaimed. "Hugging you silly, I want to be your friend" you said. (I'm sorry I know this is bad) Gaara felt the oh so not familiar squeeze in his chest at her words. "I-I'm gaara" he whisperd. "And I'm y/n!!" You exclaimed.

After that day you would hang around the shy cinnamon roll and the kids started to shun you, but you didn't mind you just wanted to hang out with your friend. Not remembering that this is a mission that Kakashi would soon be completing...

Hiiii so this is my first story, please comment on what I can fix I really wanna get better, and I'm planning on something happening to y/n that would change her life for the worse but might make this more interesting 🌚
