Chapter thirteen: I don't need your or anybody's help!

In which Blake isolates herself from everyone around her

It has been a few days and Blake and her sister Maxine have been staying with there moms, Maxine has been handling it fine but Blake, not so much
She started shutting out her mother, father and her step mom, her brothers her sister, and even her friends.
Blake was at her locker when Shawn came up to her.
"Blake want to hang out after school?" Asked Shawn as he smiled, Blake turned to look at Shawn
"No I'm good, but thanks for asking," said Blake as she shut her locker and walked away
Meanwhile Cory and Topanga came over to Shawn
"She's still not talking to you huh?" Asked Topanga, Shawn sighed
"I'm starting to get worried about Blake, she's never like this,"
"Shawn ... she's always like this, listen I would just give her some space and maybe she'll come around," Said Cory
"I don't know Cor, I mean this is serious," said Shawn
"Shawn I wouldn't interfere, let her handle this on her own," said Topanga
"Maybe your right, well see ya," said Shawn as he walked away

It was after school and Blake and her sister were driving home, the ride home was silent until Maxine spoke up
"Blake this is ridiculous, you have been ignoring your family and friends for days, what's up?"
"I don't want to talk about it," said Blake as she looked down and out the window, Maxine sighed
"Listen I want to help I'm your sister just tell me ... is something bothering you?"
"I'm traumatized ok, that fire really scared me what if it happens again and someone I care about gets hurt?!" Said Blake as she let out a sob
"Blake it won't happen again, I promise," said Maxine as she rubbed her sisters arm pulling her close
Blake continued to sob while in the embrace of her sister

Meanwhile it was late that night and Shawn came over to Blake's house
Shawn knocked on Blake's door, and after a while blake opened it
"May I come in?" Asked Shawn as he smiled, Blake smiled back
"Sure come on in," said Blake as she gestured to her room, Shawn walked in
"I bought your favorite movie sixteen candles and some gummy bears, I thought it would cheer you up," said Shawn as he held up the movie tape and a bag of gummy bears, Blake smiled
"That's very thoughtful Shawn," said Blake as she gestured for him to come in "you didn't have to do this,"
"I felt like I had to... what's going on Blake?" Asked Shawn
"What do you mean? I'm the same ole Blake that you have been friends with since last year,"
"I mean you don't seem like yourself anymore," said Shawn "your not the same ole mean Blake that I used to know last year my partner and crime,"
"Shawn I know you don't like change and can't handle them very well, but I've certainly changed whether you like it or not,"
After Blake said that Shawn kissed the red headed girl cutting her off on what she was saying
"Shawn what the heck I have a boyfriend!" Said Blake as she pulled away quickly
"Come on we both know that he's not the one," said Shawn "Blake your the one I want,"
"I'm sorry Shawn but... your to late, you should've thought of that before you decided to date around with different girls," said Blake as she pushed Shawn out of her house
At this moment Blake was confused ok what she wanted So she walked to her sisters room knocking on her door
"Max, can I talk to you?" Asked Blake as she walked in, Maxine looked confused
"Sure what is it?" Asked Maxine as she set her books down
"Can we go away from here for a while? I mean I don't know where I stand at this point,"
"Blake are you crazy we have school tomorrow, mom will kill us if we skip school,"
"Come on maxi please I can't face Shawn right now, not after what happened,"
"You kissed him didn't you?" Smirked Maxine as she wiggles her eyebrows
"Yes I kissed Shawn.." said Blake as she looked down
"Sure where do you want to go?" Asked Maxine as she picked up her keys
"How about the mall tomorrow?" Asked Blake
"You got it, be up first thing tomorrow morning,"
After Maxine said that Blake went to hug her older sister
"Thanks maxi.. your the best,"
"Aye it's what big sisters are for," smiled Maxine "now get in bed,"
After Maxine said that Blake walked to her room and went to bed
Tomorrow was going to be a fun day

Sorry I haven't written in so long, I still hope I have readers on this story if you know what I mean, and either the next chapter or after will be the season finale and I'll do act three which will be the last portion of this book
And the reason why I haven't written in so long is because I've started my senior year and dance has started back up and it's really hectic and please bare with me anyway bye
