[ Tobys POV ]

I woke up at 4 in the morning, like usual. I yawned and stretched my twiggy weak arms up to the ceiling, rubbing my eyes right after. I took my shirt from off the bed and slipped it on my small frame. I hadn't had that good of a sleep, the same dream as normal, about Lyra, and my father. And the voices. They kept telling me stuff. But today was the day I got to go on a trip with masky! For a week or two. I was obviously excited, a whole week with masky? I could annoy the shit out of him-! My thoughts were interrupted by a loud knocking at my door, making me flinch.

"Toby, are you awake? We need to leave in 2 hours and I know how slow you can be,," a very recognizable low voice sang. Right, we were leaving soon. Butterflies flew in my stomach as I gulp, my ticks acting up again. "R-right-! I'm up,," I shout back and look at my dresser. I walked over and quickly grabbed my pills I needed, then opening the door to reveal the tall man who hated me the most. A smile pulls the sides of my mouth and I wave. "H-h-hey masky!" I say before giving him a tight hug. He snarls and stood there. "Hello. Now let's go eat. And please, don't hug me again-" I look up at Tim with a smirk, Timothy's face getting redder. "Off." He said as he pushed me away, making me whine. "Fff-fine"

We walk down the stairs and I jump to the kitchen. "What are you g-gonna make?" I spoke, propping myself up on the counter. "Uhm,,, toast" Timothy responded. "Awwweee, o-okay-! Can I have s-s-strawberry jam on m-mine-?" I asked as my feet swing back and forth. "Yea whatever you want,," Tim replied once more, putting the kettle on. I smile to myself again as my thoughts filled my head. As much as I was scared of cars ever since the incident, when ever I was with masky it made me feel so safe. He knows all my secrets and I know most of his.

"Hey, mmm-masky?" I suddenly speak, letting my thoughts take over. "Are you a-and b,,,Brian dating-?" I smirk and see his reaction. His head shot up and he growled. "What-? No! What the fuck, why would i date HIM. I have standards, you know" he looks over at me with a frown. "And b-by 'standards' you mean t,,the half naked girls i-i-in those magazines, r,,,right?" I smirk and see Tim's eyebrows frown. "Shut up,," he mumbled under his breath and then got back to making his coffee.

I waited a bit longer, admiring the back of rims head. "So w,,who would y-you date" I asked cheerfully. "Nobody." Tim simply responded. "C-come on. Here, I-I'll go f-f-first-! Y'know the g-g-girl at t,,the gas s-station? The o-one who c,,,calls me h-hun all the t-time? Y-yea her-!" I smile. The girl had long brown hair, and green eyes. She was rounder and had beautiful round glasses, and a prefect smile. She looked a bit older then me, around 20 or 21. She always called me cute pet names, like hun, honey, sugar, and kitten. It always made me blush. But that wasn't saying much. I was questioning my self. Lately, I was confused, and found myself thinking about boys. My father had said that wasn't normal, but I couldn't HELP it. Even as much as I tried I couldn't stop.

"Rogers, like I said, I am not interested in anyone. And I don't wanna hear about your lame crushes." Tim spat out. "S-stop being so r-rudeee,,," I muttered. I crossed my arms and sighed. "Is it a-all m-most done?" I asked.

"Yea. Almost" he replied, looking over his shoulder and at me. I smile at him, which in return I get a nasty look, Tim's cheeks turning a slight red. I pout and stick my tongue at him, making him turn back around. I hope masky and I could become better friends. I mean, he doesn't even call me a friend anyway, so I wouldn't expect much. I just hope we can grow closer.
