Rarity: Turn (Under Revision) DO NOT READ YET

Prologue

I walked slowly through the Everfree forest. My tail was choppy and muddy, my mane a rat's nest.

"I'll show them..." I whispered to myself. "They will see..." I finally reached my destination. It was made of stone, now covered in moss. I knelt down at the base of the statue. I uttered the words I read in a stolen book. Twilight's book. It contained all the monsters known to pony. The sirens, ursa major and minor were all there.

The book stated the history of each monster, and how to defeat it. But also, how to conjure most monster.

"You're magic still remains,

underneath alicorn magic,

buried below happiness and love,

in a world of dark and despair,

come forth Nightmare Moon,

I will take on you're power,

and set fear into the hearts of ponies,

becoming you're loyal servant."

As I finished the last words the ground started to shake. I got up from my kneeling position and stared at the Nightmare Moon statue. A crack was beginning to grow, from the base of the stone up to her head. When the crack reached her armored head, the statue split in two, both halves laying on the ground.

Out of the stone, blue sparkly fog began to seep out and surround me. Laughter cackled around me. I nervously looked around at the fog. Suddenly, Nightmare Moon's head burst out of the fog. I stared defiantly at her blue foggy head.

"So, you wish to take on my power, and assume my role?" The head boomed at me. I bit my lip. I didn't think I would get this far. She was beginning to grow impatient.

"Well?" She nearly screamed at me. I took a shaky step back.

"I...-"

"Rarity!!!!" I hurriedly turned around to see Twilight burst out of the trees and vines. Following her were Aj, Fluttershy, Pinkie, and Rainbow Dash. I felt anger bubble in my veins.

"What in the hay are you doing?!?" Aj yelled. Then they saw Nightmare Moon's frightening head.

"Rarity! That's Nightmare Moon!" Fluttershy yelled. (For once) "Run!"

"No!" I yelled. I glared at my so-called friends. Rainbow Dash flew up to me, cautiously avoiding the fog.

"Come on Rarity!" Rainbow Dash beckoned to the way they came. " Lets go out of here!" I glared at her.

"No!!!"

Twilight stepped forward. "Rarity, why are you doing this, I-"

I stomped my foot. "It's always about YOU Twilight!" She had a look of horror on her face. I was mad now, I could feel my blood boiling in my veins. "Twilight the princess, Twilight the princess of friendship, Twilight this! Twilight that! You never recognize your friends!" I looked away "It's always about you."

I heard a hoof step approach me. It put its hoof on my shoulder. Aj's voice spoke to me.

"Now, Rarity, you now that ain't true." She tried to lead me away. I turned around, and glared into Aj's emerald eyes.

"You know what I know that isn't true Aj?" She removed her hoof from my shoulder and shook her head. "You trying to appreciate me!" Aj gasped. She opened her mouth to speak, but I wasn't done yet. I took a step towards her.

"You always think my dresses are "unnecessary" or "unhelpful"." I was now right next to her. "But I need those dresses! Without them I would be broke! I support my life on those dresses!" Aj took off her hat.

"I didn't think about it that way Rarity, I am sorry."

"Yeah, well, don't be!" I faced Nightmare Moon's head. "I have made my decision." I heard Fluttershy gasp. Pinkie's hair started to deflate.

"I will take on your powers." Just as I had finished, Nightmare Moon started cackling again.

"Whether you like it or not," I looked up. Rainbow Dash was shadowed by the moon. "You're coming with us." She started flying towards me, both hooves out stretched. Nightmare realized she was losing her prey. A blue shiny bubble appeared around Rarity. Rainbow Dash landed face first on the bubble. The bubble contracted and pushed her off towards Ponyville, screaming. All of my friends gasped, or, they were my friends.

I gasped as blue fog enveloped my body. It swirled around me in all shades of blue, dark blue, baby blue, cyan, the list goes on and on. It was beautiful, until the pain. I felt my legs growing longer, my coat turning darker. My screams went from scared, to psychotic. My horn grew longer, now the color of the knight. My mane and tail grew long and beautiful, with white streaks and many colors of purple. I now had the eyes of a reptile, a line in the center of my green iris. The blue fog dissipated into purple smoke.

They all stared at my new body, I myself looked down and gasped. I... was beautiful, well more than before. I stared down at the puny ponies. My mind was suddenly exploded with spells, and curses to put on my friends, monsters to conjure. But I needed time to think. Then I remembered, I was an allicorn! Fully equipped with wings and powerful magic.

I decided, I will keep my former friends as pets, lab rats maybe...

"Come my friends!" Even my voice sounded glamorous! "The fun is just beginning!"
