chapter 9

Rosé's POV
As Jisoo fell asleep and I was lost in my own world, unable to sleep

'Marry her? What the fuck is wrong with you Chaeyoung? you just started dating, and of course I don't wanna scare her, I'll sound like a creep. Man it's so true when people say lesbians move too quickly...hm'  I loudly huffed forgetting that Jisoo was sleeping until I felt some movements next to me

"I'm so sorry baby...go back to sleep..." I kissed her cheek and she drifted back to sleep. I quietly sighed, not being able to sleep for some reason, so I left the room to go get a drink. As I close the door behind me, I see a tall girl with short hair looking through the fridge

"Hey Lis" She turned back around as I walk to her

"Hey, what are you doing up so late?" She asked then got a carton of milk

"I could ask you the same question" I got us both glasses then sat next to her on the stool

"Well...I'm just...overthinking..." she poured her milk and took a sip

"About?"

"Here's the thing...I wanna propose to Jennie" my eyes widened and my smile grew wide

"That's amzin-!"

"But I don't know if she'll say yes..." she looked down, I smacked her head and she frowned

"She's in love with you dumbass, and what kind of person would reject YOU?" She chuckled

"You really think she's gonna say yes?" She asked

"Duh, I'll help you if you need anything" I smiled then drank my milk

"So now, tell me your problem" I gulped down my milk then looked at her

"I don't have a problem" I pouted

"Then why you here?"

"I don't know I can't sleep" I shrugged

"Mm...so what are you going to do with your futur after you left your dad's company?" She asked

"Good question except the answer may be delayed"

"The fuck? Why? Don't you know what you want?" She asked "You're 23, there's definitely something you may want or feel passionate about, right?"

"Well...I really like to sing..." I looked at my empty glass then refilled it

"Well why don't you try to build on that? I mean there are A LOT of companies that may thirst over your talent" she commented

"I don't know...It never really crossed my mind" I sipped my milk

"Well now is the right time to, if you want to have a futur with Jisoo you gotta have dough" she chuckled and so did I

"I guess you're right, I should check with that. But is it really necessary to work with a company? It ain't really my thing, and who auditions at 23?"

"It's not, you can work on your own" she shrugged

"Mm...I should look into that, thanks" I smiled

"No problem" she sent one back

"Well I'll head to bed now, thanks for solving my Jennie problem" she chuckled

"No worries bitch" I smirked then entered the room again, I laid next to Jisoo and was able to fall asleep quickly

The next day
I woke up at the feeling of someone crawling on top of me, I opened my eyes and looked down to find Jisoo laying on top of me waiting for me to wake up.
