The Geeks (Kalin and myles love story)

part one

Audriana's pov

Hey I'm Audriana. Most people call me Audrey. Today is my first year of college. I'm so happy that I get to do it with my best friend Nicole.

"Hurry up! we're gonna be late!" Nicole yelled. I rushed out to the car. Campus is really big. We got into our class. " Dude theirs nothing but the fucking annoying jocks from high school.how did half of our high school get into the same college?" I said. "I'm sitting as far away from them as I can." Nicole said.

"Yeah before Will sees you." I said. She sat next to this short white boy with a poof and I sat behind her next to this really tall light skinned boy. He was really cute. The jocks were acting like gorillas jumping on tables. The professor walked in and ohh wasn't she pissed. "Since you guys want to act like kindergartners I'm gonna treat you like kindergartners. First thing today is seating chart. " she said.

Our class groaned. " "Starting from the very back seats Nicole Luna, Myles Parrish, William Perry, Kalin White, and Audriana Lopez. " "Fuck" I heard Nicole mumble. "Do I hear attitude Ms. Luna? " "No ma'am. It's pure joy." Nicole said sarcastically. We all got arranged. We were still sitting by each other just adding Will to the bunch.

Nicole pov

I sat down next to this boy named Myles. He's pretty cute. I smiled at him to be friendly. He smiled back but he seemed a little shy about it. " Yo Parrish switch me seats." William said. ugh.

"Umm, The professor gave us assigned seats.I don't think she'll let us move" he said. " Nerd, give me the seat." Will said. "Leave him alone Will." I told William. "Babe , you know you want to sit by me." William said. "First off , get over yourself. Second, don't call me that. I have a name for a reason. Third, I rather sit by Myles than you. Now leave him and I alone." I said to William. He got mad and left us alone.

"Thank you" Myles whispered. "No problem, I love telling people off." He laughed. He's actually pretty nice. We talked and helped each other out with the work. Well, more him helping me.

He's really smart. Class ended. "Thanks for the help Myles."I him. "No problem" he said. He was still acting shy. "Myles, you know you don't have to be shy around me. " I told him. He smiled. "Okay" he said.

Audriana pov

The person I was sitting by....I think his name was Kalin? We instantly clicked. He was really sweet and nice.

(Flashback to beginning of class)

I sat by the cute tall guy again. He smiled at me. His smile is so cute. I smiled back at him. "Hey my name's Kalin." he said. " "I'm Audrey." I said.

The professor started teaching. Me and Kalin would have small conversations in the breaks of her lecture. He told me he got bullied a lot in high school because he was smart. I don't get it just why do you have to pick on someone just because he's smarter than you? The class ended. " Hey, we should talk sometime ." He said .

"Yeah see you at the café around 6?" I asked. "Yeah see you later" .

(End of flashback)

My friends and Nicole were waiting outside for me. We walked down to our next classes. "So, how is it sitting by Will and the smartest kid in the class Nicole? " Myles is really nice but shy and you know how I feel about Will. " She said rolling her eyes. We dropped by Nicole' s dance class.

"Meet us in the front after class." I told Nicole. "Okay see you later." She said walking in to her class.

Nicoles pov

I walked in the class. I saw some of my friends in here. "Hey Nicole!" My friend abbi said. "Hey abbi!"I said. "Dude, I heard we choose dance partners today, You know William is gonna come after you." She said. "Well, he better be ready for me to say no." I said.

She laughed. I saw Myles walk into the class. "Hey Myles!" I said waving to him. He waved back with a smile on his face. What are you doing?" Abbi asked. "What? I met him in my last class. He's really nice." I said.

"You know he's not one of us." She said. "What do you mean?" I asked her. "Ya know, he's not cool and popular like us. You can't be friends with him." she said. "Wow , I didn't know you could be so judgemental. He my not be the coolest person in the world but he is nice. Being rude to a person just because their different isn't gonna get you more friends hun." I said walking away. I walked towards Myles. "Hey." I said to him with a smile on my face.

He smiled back. "Hey, what's up?" He said. " Nothing really, I see that your shyness went away." I told him. He laughed. "I thought you were just talking to me to avoid William." He said . "Nope, I just wanted to make a new friend." I said laughing.

The professor walked in. She's my aunt's best friend. "Hey Nicole! How are you? Is this your boyfriend?" She asked. "No this is my friend Myles and I'm doing great! I'm glad I got to be in your class. " I said. " I know I was excited to see you too!" She said. She started class.

"Okay now everyone choose a dance partner." "Hey um do you wanna be my..." Myles said but got interrupted by the one and only...William. "Hey babe, dance with me." he said. "Myles already asked and I accepted." I said. I sat next to Myles on the floor. "Why do you always turn him down?" Myles asked. "Because he's a bully I don't respect anyone who thinks it's okay to hurt a person physically or mentally. "I said.

Myles pov

Wow, she's amazing. I never knew girls could not like a jock or turn him down. But why is she talking to me? The nerdy kid who barely has friends. When she's popular and beautiful. "Because something about you makes me like you.Thanks for the compliment by the way." She said.

Wait, I said that out loud? I started blushing. "Okay since its the first day of class I'm not gonna make you do anything because.it's Monday. Everyone hates Mondays. So just get to know you partner." The professor said. Me and Nicole started talking. We have some similarities. She likes to play old video games like me. "So Myles, what's your major?" She asked.

"Umm, music, what's yours?" I said back. "Photography, What do you do? Sing? Play an instrument?" she asked. "I rap." I said shyly. "Really? That's amazing and Myles please don't be shy with me. Show me something. " she said. I pulled out my phone and showed her the audio from a song I did with my friend Kalin. " Wow you're amazing, Who was singing?" She asked.

"That's my friend Kalin." I said. "Kalin White?"she asked. "Yeah." I said. "My best friend and I are meeting him up in a cafe, you should come with him." She said. "Sure!" I said. We just talked and talked. She's pretty amazing. She made me stop acting shy which never happens.

Class ended. "See you later Myles!" She said smiling. "Bye Nicole!" I said. She made me really happy. "Yo Parrish!" Someone yelled. I looked around and saw William come towards me.

All My happiness was gone. "What?" I said. "You really think she wants to be your friend? A hot girl like her with a lame like you? Just stop now bro. She's mine. Back off " he said shoving me. He laughed and left. It makes sense she's too popular to be my friend.
