House Greyjoy is one of the Great Houses of Westeros. Their lands are the Iron Islands off the west coast of the continent. They rule from their castle Pyke from the island of the same name. The Iron Islands are harsh and bleak and the Greyjoys have traditionally survived by raiding their neighbors. They have always had plans to conquer the mainland. The head of the house is the Lord Reaper of Pyke.

But their prayers to the drowned God didn't help them keep their dynasty alive.
Asha is caught in the middle of a violent protest, she would've almost gotten out if it weren't for the fact that these...revolutionaries had swords. And were very good at wielding them too.

Theon. Having narrowly sealed the clutches of Ramsay Snow lived in Pyke for the rest of his days, his father Balon acting as the grown, yet traumatised mans carer until he had enough. Why should he, Balon Greyjoy be burdened with looking after his son? He had started a rebellion had he not? So how come he was there helping his only surviving child bathe and use the toilet? Vile, dishonourable submission.
So when Theon was asleep...Well let's just say as far as everybody else was concerned he had strangled himself with his bed sheets. Unable to live with the supposed nightmares that plagued him every single night. When in reality. Theon Greyjoy was murdered. Or what was left of him. For Ramsay had taken away everything that made up the fibre of this once young, attractive mans being.

And finally Balon. Sure. He had bastards. But was too stubborn to admit their legitimacy to their ancestry and ruling of the Iron Islands. So he was the last, living member of the once valiant House Greyjoy.
Many were led to believe he had died of a blood infection on his leg. Little did they know Balon had killed himself out of grief. But little did he know, he would still be washing his sons blood off his hands in paradise.

This thus concludes the end and extinction of the Greyjoy dynasty.
