Jaden's POV

The rest of the day was pretty normal. The only person in my mind was Mads as always, she's so pretty, smart, and kind but I knew she does not like me she probably likes Liam(a random name) the popular guy at school. I started walking to the gym for PE. Mads and I have PE together so that's good. All of a sudden I heard someone running behind me I turn around and see mads...

Mads: Slow down ahah

Jaden: Sorry

Mads: it's fine

3rd person POV

Mads and Jaden walked to PE laughing and talking then got settled into PE.

Coach: Ok guys today's team captains for basketball are Jaden and Liam

Liam and Jaden decided whos going first, Jaden went first and had to choose a girl

Jaden: Mads

Mads went behind Jaden trying to hide her smile. After he was done choosing he went up to mads

Jaden: I see your happy that I chose you 

He smirked

Mads: Maybe...

They started to play basketball then Liam came up to mads

Jaden's POV

As we were playing basketball I saw Liam go up to mads. What does he think he's doing?! I thought. I went close to them to hear their conversation but not to close so it wasn't obvious.

Liam: Hey mads

Mads: Uhh hey

Liam: Ik I don't know you that well but I would like to get to know you, Wanna hang out tonight

When I heard this it got me really jealous. "Please say no Mads, please" But mads said...

Mads: I might have plans tonight Ill text you If I don't.

Liam: Fine by me

Mads: bye

Liam: bye

I went up to Mads trying to play it cool.

Jaden: so what was that all about...

Mads: nothing

I noticed mads was smiling oh no

We finished playing basketball and mads and I was leaving to go meet the rest of our friends outside till chase and Josh came up to us with a smirk on their faces.

Josh and Chase: MADS...JADEN!

Mads: What

Jaden: Yes..?

Josh: So mads Nessa, Charli, CHase and I are going on a double date.

OH, that's nice I thought why are they telling us...Almost like Mads read my mind she said...

Mads: and...?

Chase: Josh said Mads cant stay home al-

Mads: YES I CAN IVE ALWAYS HAD

Josh: Relax mads

Mads: ok

Jaden: So get to the point...

Josh: Jaden is going to stay with mads so she won't go anywhere without his permission

Mads: WHAT JOSHHHH!?

Josh and Chase: Yup!

Jaden tried to hide his smile he had under his face

Mads: UGH Whats do I get after this a reward...

Jaden went up to her ear and whispered...

Jaden: Maybe I'll take you out

Jaden realized what he said. He was nervous but hoping she would say yes.

Mads: Chick fil a pls

Jaden: ofc

Josh and Chase left leaving Mads and Jaden to walk to mads house by themselves

Mads: I have a date tonight (she said while hiding her smirk to see If Jaden got jealous)

Jaden: WIth who?

Mads...Liam...

Jaden spotted Mads house and picked mads up and ran to mads house

Mads: Put...Me...Down

She said between laughs

Jaden: No can do cutie

Mads: I heard that Hossler

Jaden: Nickname...I like it

Mads: Ugh I hate you

Jaden laughed and unlocked the door with Mads keys.

While still holding her he threw her on the couch, hugged her, and said

Jaden: You not going on that date.

Mads smiled and said

Mads: Liam wants me to

Jaden: But I don't

Mads: But Liam does

Jaden: Remember what josh told me

Flashback like 10 min ago

Josh: Jaden is going to stay with mads so she won't go anywhere without his permission

Mads: Ugh I hate him 

Jaden: You hate everyone don't you

Mads: pretty much except Nessa and Charli.

Jaden sarcastically gasped and said

Jaden: You don't like me

Mads giggled and said

Mads: Nope

Jaden then tickled her

Jaden: What did you say

Mads: Jaden...I don't...Like you

She said between laughs

Jaden kept on tickling her

Jaden: Ill stop if you get It right

he smiled

Mads: Fine..I...Like...you

Jaden: Good 

Jaden stopped tickling mads and they both smiled

Jaden: Let's go to Chick fil a. 

Mads: Yay forget Liam 

she said while rolling her eyes

Jaden smiled wide and went in the car with mads...
