⛵️𝓒𝓱𝓪𝓹𝓽𝓮𝓻𝓣𝓱𝓻𝓮𝓮🐬

      Looking around in confusion to as where the strange man went.

     ' Hmm, little rude much huh'.

     Going back into the kitchen I grab the pizza cutter and make and cut a few slices for myself. I head back into the living room to try and find a new job. Holding a pizza in one hang and having my phone in the other I looked through potential the jobs.

     Seeing how I pay $2,340 for rent a month and I'm in the middle class and I already have enough money to cover the next few months I should be good.

     'Alright, let us see..'

- Time skip- Because I'm really lazy.

     'Customer Service Representative $13.59 an hour for a book store huh?'

     Quickly putting a job application I fill it out. Now time to wait for a reply ~ It's getting pretty late I should probably go to bed-

     Walking down to the end of the hallway I go into my room.

     My room is filled will all sorts of trinkets that Jess would bring me from her fishing trips. She had gotten a few pieces of jewelry that were slightly rusted but that didn't bother me. I also had a few fishing nets that I cut into dream catchers with shells danging from them.

     Slumping over to my closet from the sudden tiredness that suddenly hit me like a truck I pull out of my pj's. Slipping them on I head over to my bed and face plant into it. Sighing into the pillow I get into a comfy position and instantly falling asleep.

     A sudden rush of an awareness rushed over me as I snapped up. A cold sweat ran down my forehead. The moon only source of light in my room making it a little easier to see.

     Jumping off my bed I head over to my shoe rack. I slip on pair of slippers and head off the to the side deck off my room. Looking out into my non-existence backyard I think about that strange man that I met.

     Heh, I need to go on a walk. Going back inside I grab a light sweater and switch my shoes into walking ones. Heading back outside I walk down the 3 blocks to the beach.

     ' Ah that was a quick walk' I said sighing

     ' Maybe a stroll through the beac- HUH' My thoughts are interrupted as I see this large yellow-black fish but its half humanoid?

     The half fish and humanoid creature didn't seem to notice my presents as it was swishing back and forth in a fishing net.

     My senses kick in as I grab the switch blade that I always carried with me as I slowly crept over to the creature.

     Once I was around 9ish feet the creature looked at me with big blue eyes. The creature instantly stopped and stared at my soul trying to determine my motives.

     "Hey Buddy it's alright I'm not going to hurt you" I ensure as I slowly move toward the creature not sure if it could understand me.

     The creature slowly turned its back to me showing the rat nest of the fishing net.

     I take part of the net and start cutting away at the net till they could crawl out themselves. I stand up as the creature looks up at me and nods a thank you.

     ' Huh, maybe the creature can understand me' I smile at the thought.

     "Alright, Lil buddy I got to go now! You be careful now!" I say in the most playful tone I could from how tired I was.

     As soon I turn around I feel something grip my ankle. I turn my back around to the creature. They look at me once again with their big blue eyes. They nudge their head towards the ocean.

     " Look buddy I can't stay with you! I have to get home" I said rather sadly. The creature looks down in sadness as it slugs back into the ocean.

     " But I'll see you tomorrow night?" I asked. The creature looked back at me nodding quickly before disappearing into the sandy waves.

     I look up to see the sky turning a beautiful shade of a grayish blue.

     ' I did a good de-'
