Chapter Three. Suzy's Café

Chapter three.

Chloe's POV

"Best you forgot your bracelet" Lisa shouted as she caught up with me.

"It's not like I'm actually going on a date best, you didn't have to come all the way from the dorm to give me"I sighed.

She's always been hyper active concerning my interaction with guys.

"Yes you're not going on a date,but Duhh you still need to look good"she whined.

"I know, it's not like wearing the bracelet adds an extra beauty to my hand"I say rolling my eyes.

"Take" she handed me the bracelet.

"I didn't come all the way from the our dorm to argue with you" she grumbled while taking the bracelet and fixing it on my left wrist.

"Now go to your not-so-date and get your self that sexy boy erm friend I mean" she says with a sly smirk on her face.

"Bye Best and yes I'll gist you about how the 'get to know you better' with Mr Deep Blued Eyes went" I shouted while entering the cab.

She'll probably be cracking her head out with different ideas on how my chat with him is going to turn out . Hehe Good luck with that Best.

I headed towards Suzy's café after I paid the cab's fare.

I was once a hater of coffee, I literally hated coffee with passion.

I had to take it in order to stay awake during highschool examination period while studying at night.

I made sure to add lots of sugar and little powdered coffee in my cup preparing it.
Mum still doesn't get how the sugar finishes within two weeks.
She probably feels it's me though but I never left any trace.

My hatred towards coffee changed in Less than 30 seconds probably 20 when Lisa literally dragged my down to Suzy's cafe blabbing about how good the coffee is and I've got to give it a try knowing my hate for coffee.
So I took a sip out of cappuccino
and since then I have this undying love for the coffee at Suzy's cafe.

"Hey" Someone called me, I turned towards the direction of the the voice and my hazel eyes met with Deep blue eyes.

"Hi Mr De- erm Zach" I say with a little smile on my face.

Geez that was close, I almost forgot his name's Zach.

"I already have a table for us, Regarding you don't like tardiness" He spoke with a smug look.

"Good to know you remembered"I say while sitting down on the sit took out for me, giving the Gentleman aura.

A waiter came, we placed our orders. I ordered Caffé latte and samosa's while Mr Deep Blued Eyes ordered cold brew coffee.

"So what questions should we start with since we're going to be friends" I asked while taking a sip of coffee.

"Let's start with the basics, My name is Zachary Walker what's yours?" He Began.

Zachary Walker, nice name I still prefer my Mr Deep Blued Eyes.

"I'm Chloe Priye Davis" I say.
My middle name is mostly used by my mum since it's from her native part in Nigeria.

"Nice"I uttered.

"Yeah"I say.

"Moving on... What's your favorite thing to do when you're less busy?" He asked with a smile on his face.
