The reason on this is because of how Logan acts! If you look at the colors you can see the Remus and Roman are twins, not only they are who they are but because of how their colors are! Green is across from Red, Yellow is across from Light Blue, and Orange is across from Indigo.
Light Blue = Patton Yellow = Janus Red = Roman Green = Remus Indigo = Logan

Anyways, Virgil is Natural as he in some way is a Light andDark Side. Virgil was first a Dark Side then crossed over and became a Light Side, at least that's what he says but you already know this if your a fan! Logan doesn't have one however which makes the Orange Side his counter part or whatever.
As we all have have seen Logan had moments where he gets really made, to a point he threw a paper ball at Romans eye. This video will explain more.
