Pirate Love

It was a beautiful day in Never Land!
Jake, Izzy, and Cubby were sailing their beloved Buccaneer, Bucky to Butterfly Bluff, so they could have a picnic!
Jake: Let's turn on the radio!
(I know Bucky doesn't actually have a radio, but in this story, he does!)
Izzy: Good thinking, Jake!
Jake looked over at his matey, and smiled at her, which just made her heart melt!
In case you didn't know, Izzy has a HUGE crush on her captain!
Jake turned on the radio, and "Kings & Queens" by Ava Max was on!
Jake: Hey, Izz, it's your song!
Izzy: Yesss, I love this song!
Izzy found it so sweet that Jake even knew what her favorite song was! It's the little things that count, I guess!
A few jam sessions later, they arrived at Butterfly Bluff!
Jake: Looks like we're here, Mateys!
Jake took Izzy's hand, and helped her off Bucky, but he felt something a little...gross!
Jake: Izz, why are your palms so sweaty?
Izzy: Uhhh...no reason!
Jake: Oh, ok!
So, the two pirates caught up to Cubby, and helped him set up the picnic!
Izzy: I swear, this place gets more and more beautiful every time we come here!
Jake: I know, it's stunning!
Cubby: Yeah, it's really nice!
So, the young pirates sat down, and enjoyed their lunch!
Cubby: That sandwich was delicious, but I'm too full for the salad!
Jake: Are you actually full, Cubster?
Sometimes, Cubby would just say he was full, so he wouldn't have to eat the foods he didn't like!
Cubby: Yup, I'm full!
Jake and Izzy gave each other an "I know he's lying" look!
Jake: Fine, but next time you're hungry, I want you to eat your salad!
Cubby: Ok, fine!
Unfortunately, it was time to sail back to Pirate Island!
Cubby: Let's go, Mateys!
Jake: One second, Cubs! I want to have a private talk with Izzy first, so you can go wait on Bucky!
Cubby: Aw, ok!
So, Cubby went on Bucky, and waited for his fellow mates to come back!
Izzy: You want to have a private talk with me?
Jake: Yeah, it's nothing major, so don't worry!
Izzy: Ok, what's up, Jake?
Jake: Ok, this is going to sound really weird, and it might make you feel uncomfortable, so I apologize in advance!
Izzy: Oh, don't worry!
Jake took Izzy's hands!
Jake: Izz, I really, REALLY like you! I know that probably made you cringe like crazy, but I just had to get it off my chest!
Izzy: Awww, Jake, I like you too!
Jake: Wait, you do?
The female pirate kissed her admirer on his cheek, which made his whole face turn as rosy as his cheeks!
Izzy: I do!
Jake gave Izzy a big hug!
Jake: Aw, I'm so happy! Hey, I've gotta ask you a question!
Izzy: What is it?
Jake: Will you be my girlfriend?
Izzy heart was so warm right now!
Izzy: Yes, I will! Will you be my boyfriend?
Jake: I absolutely will!
Right at that moment, the boy leaned in, and kissed his new girlfriend on her lips!
Jake: I love you so much, Izz!
Izzy gave her boyfriend another kiss!
Izzy: I love you too, Jakey!
