WARNING GRAPHIC DESCRIPTIONS OF BROKEN BONES

The roar of the crowd was deafening. Ginny was sitting on a bench in the changing room, her hands shaking. She had never been this nervous before a match before. Everything was riding on this match.

Gwenog Jones took a seat beside Ginny. "Weasley," she started. "I know you're nervous. We all are. Just play like you've been all week. You've been bloody brilliant." She clapped Ginny on the shoulder as some reassurance. She stood to give the pep talk.

It was all muffled in Ginny's ears. The only reason she knew it was time to go was when the team started shouting. Ginny grabbed the Nimbus and walked onto the pitch behind her team.

The bright lights completely cancelled the darkness of the night sky. Ginny frantically searched Harry's usual spot, but didn't find him. Her spirits fell.  She did see Minerva McGonagall however, who was already shouting with a thick Scottish accent. She also saw the entire Weasley family, Hermione, and Teddy.

Ginny stood facing the opposing team, Puddlemere United. The referee order captains to shake hands. The balls were released, and she kicked off. The cool night breeze tickled her face as she flew high above the ground. Before she knew it, that breeze turned to a harsh wind as she sped through the green and navy blue robes to reach that quaffle.

The Nimbus was a much faster broom. Ginny had figured out how to handle it, and she was preforming extremely quick and complicated maneuvers. With the quaffle in hand, she sped and swerved towards the goalposts. There was a field of navy blue robes before her, with the green on her tail. She made several amazing plays, and quickly the score was 60-10.

In a instant where she had the quaffle, Ginny found herself blocked by Puddlemere United Chasers. Quickly evaluating the situation, Ginny decided to fake a pass to Morgan and squeeze into a gap that she hoped would open up. She faked the pass, and just as she had expected, a small gap opened between the two burliest chasers. When Ginny went for it, she couldn't react to the muscular arm that stuck out in front of her.

Everything moved in slow motion. Ginny's head collided with that arm. She flipped backwards off the broomstick and fell from about 30 feet. The fall seemed to take hours. But in reality, it took seconds. Because she was so low in the air, the referee didn't have time to catch her. Ginny hit the ground, and she felt several bones crack.

Ginny screamed in pain. She laid for a few moments, trying to assess the damage without screaming any further. Her left arm and leg were now pointed in odd directions. Her femur was now protruding from her leg. She tried to stand up, only to be pushed down by her mother. In the background she could her McGonagall yelling at the referee.

"Ginny dear, stay down, we'll have the healers look at you." Molly said.

"It's okay mum, I can fix this myself." She gritted her teeth. Ginny realized she left her wand in the changing room. "Can I borrow your wand?"

"No! Let the healers have a look at you dear." Said healers were rushing over while the match still continued above. Ginny spotted Gwenog eyeing her with concern.

"She right Ginny," Hermione said, appearing behind Mrs. Weasley. "It looks really bad, let them look at you."

"Please auntie Ginny," Teddy said with Ron shielding his eyes. "That fall looked pretty wicked, you must be hurt."

"I told you all, I can fix it!" Even though Ginny wouldn't say it, her broken bones were beginning to hurt even worse. "If I could just borrow one of your wands I'll be good as new in thirty seconds."

Molly was about to start yelling again when Luna appeared from behind her. She walked around Molly and kneeled on the other side of Ginny. She picked up Ginny's broken arm, which caused Ginny to wince.
