Ingredients
* 1 Scone mix
* 1 Tin sliced peaches
* Icing sugarMethod
1. Drain the peaches, but keep the juice.
2. Chop the peaches into small pieces.
3. Mix the scone mix according to the directions on the packet. [ Because you are adding wet peaches you need a little less liquid than stated on the packet.
4. Replace part of the milk or water in the mix recipe with peach juice.[ This will make the mixture a little sweeter]
5. Add the peaches to the scone mixture.
6. Place the mixture onto a greased oven tray making one huge giant scone.
7. Bake according to the directions on the packet.[ You might need a little extra time as it is one big scone!]
8. When it is out of the oven,let it cool slightly then pour the icing over the scone.
9. Slice into wedges and serve with butter.Icing
[•] Mix 1cup of icing sugar in a bowl with about three teaspoons of water till you get a sticky but runny icing.
