"Friends?"

                                  Gabbies POV
I sit at my table and wait for the professor to start the class. I start to read my book until I feel someone sit next to me. "You didn't defend me before hermione so don't bother sitting with....oh hey Draco" I say I just noticed him as I pulled up my head. "What are you doing alone?" He asked, his skin looks so soft close up and his silver eyes look like they are full of clouds..I think I understand why all these girls find him so charming. "Hello? earth to Gabriella" he says as he waves his hand in my face laughing. "Yeah uh.. sorry I'm reading" he looks at me confused. "Reading? I didn't know you could read" I laugh at how stupid he sounds but he looked quite serious. "Where's Harry" he asked as he opened his book and acting like he was reading as well. "We're not exactly talking" I reply he looks confused. "Over the try outs" he asked "yes, he doesn't normally lie or cheat I don't know why he's acting like that" he looks around then back at me. "It's always been like that, me Vs harry.. people always thought he was the air to slytherin, I was an ass to him, but we're older now you know, he doesn't know when to stop, or when things are just jokes, things he does... doesn't only one person but effects lots of people, like my team for example I was their only chaser" he looks at me and I feel really bad. "I know how you feel too, I never wanted to come to hogwarts but he forced me.." he looks at me concerned. "Why's that" he asked. "Past things, to do with wizardry I just didn't want to get involved" he shows a frown then scans my face, a piece of hair falls on my face he lifts his hand and moves it to behind my ears. "I'm real my sorry Gabriella" I smile when he says that.. he does care I can tell he is genuinely sorry for me. "Call me Gab or Gabbie, Gabriella is way to long for a friend" he smiles instantly. "What make you think I want to be Harry pottahs girlfriend" he says turning his back to me playfully. But he quickly turns around and looks in my eyes again.. those dang eyes they are gorgeous.. for a second I forgot about Harry... we go silent then I swallowed the saliva gathering in my mouth. Draco leaned in and so did I he was going to kiss me.... "agh i umm" he cut me off. "I understand Harry... but friends?" He ask pulling out his had for a hand shake. I laugh at him and pull him in for a hug "friends" I say as I pull away.
                            Dracos POV
I'm an idiot.. but she wanted to kiss me to. I've never  felt like this over anyone. No one but this one girl. Class is about to start and I see Harry, Ron and hermione walking. Gabriella starts gathering her things. "You should go" I say to her "sit with them Pansy will want to sit with me" she looks upset but understands. "Walk me to detention later?" I nod at her and she goes to sit with Harry. I see Pansy walk in with Blaise and they come and sit with me. "Pottah is a nerd don't worry Dracy" she says as she kissed me.. I push er off me but throw my arm around her as we listen to the professor.
                        Harry's POV
I walk in with hermione and Ron and we see Gab sitting with draco, it bothers me how close they are but I better not start anything else today.. I'm pretty sure Gabbie would kill me. Surprisingly she comes and sits with me. I throw my arm around her and kiss her cheek but she moves out the way when I do. "Why are you mad at me, I did nothing to you" she doesn't even pay attention to what I said. "Professor is talking Harry don't be disrespectful" I remove my arm from around and look back to draco who is also pissed off. He looks at me and flips me off.... Pansy and his friends start laughing and I just turn around, Ron saw them as well he just shakes his head and turns away. We continue listening till the end of the lesson.
                               Gabbies POV
"Where do I meet you before dinner?" Harry asks me. "I'll just meet you at dinner I have things to do after" I reply I don't actually have anything planned but I really dont want to be around him right now. "Okay do you want me to walk you there?" He asked grabbing my hand. That's when a voice came from behind me. "I've got that for you" draco comes past and grabs my bag for me. "I'll see you later guys" I say as they all look over surprise. Hermione runs up behind me.. "gab I forgot to ask you me and Ron are heading to Molly's for a couple hours before dinner did you want us to pick up anything for you?" I remember the Yule Ball in a week and I needed my dress. "Yes my dress for the Yule ball it's hanging in Fred and George's room" I ask politely. "Okay I'll talk to you later" she kissed my cheek and I hugged her back... I forgive her for not defending Malfoy with me earlier. Draco and I start heading to detention together.
