Leah's POV
Me and Andy were sitting in Starbucks relaxing and having a drink after doing some productive shopping when 8 lads came over. One I reconised as Max
"Y'alright Andy, Max smiled "How a doing Leah?"
"I'm fine thanks, you?" I smiled
"Absolutely marvelous babe," he replied
That hit home. The people that called me babe were my dads friends before they did all that stuff to me. I cowered in the corner resting my back against the window. I went into my own little dream world.
"Leah whats wrong?" Andy asked reaching my hand over the table
"Nothing its just stupid," I replied swirling round the liquid in my drink
"Nothing is stupid darling," he softly smiled "please tell me what is wrong,"
"Well my dads friends used to call me babe before they did what they did to me and I guess it just really hit home as I haven't been called babe any other time," I explained looking at my shoes
I felt the seat sink beside me. I looked up to Max and averted my gaze by looking down again. He lifted my chin up with his finger.
"Leah, I would never do anything like that to you. However would is sick. I'm sorry if it came across the wrong way but I really call most people babe. I'm sorry," he smiled
"Max there is no need to be sorry. Lets just forget about it," I smiled
"Ok," he laughed
"Anyway Leah this is Adam, Ryan and Joel," Andy said pointing to 3 people "You will be seeing a lot more of them as they are in Lawson with me. Boys, this is Leah the girl I told you about."
"Nice to meet you Leah," they said in synch
I smiled at them when Max brought me out of my thoughts.
"Leah, this is Tom, Nathan, Jay and Siva and they are in my band The Wanted. Boys this is Leah the girl I mentioned," Max smiled
"Before Tom mentions something like 'Max you didn't tell us she was fit' I speak for all the boys saying it's nice to meet you," Jay smiled
I smiled back
"Anyway as much as I would like to stay and chat me and my little munchkin over here need to go and do some more shopping," Andy smiled
"I'm not small," I whined
"How tall are you?" Andy asked
"5 foot 1," I whispered
"I rest my case," he smirked "Any way lets go,"
"Can't we go back and do internet shopping?" I asked
"That is a great idea but the clothes would take a few days to be delievered so c'mon," he said dragging me out of starbucks
The rest of the day practically dragged on. I just had to get toieteries, hair and make up stuff, some dressy clothes and some bits and pieces and that was it.
"Leah I hope you know while we have been out shopping so have the boys and have spoiled you rotten," Andy smirked knowing how much I disliked it
"Ahh why have they done that?! We have just met!" I whined
"Suck it up Leah. They will spoil you from now on. Anyway all the boys will have different roles in your life," Andy stated
"What will these roles be?" I asked curious
"Well me, Max, Joel, Siva and Tom will be like older protective brothers. Jay, Nathan, Ryan and Adam will be like fun brothers. Although me, Max, Tom, Joel and Siva will be fun aswell and we will all spoil you rotten," Andy said
"Why do you all have to spoil me rotten?" I asked
"Because we can," he smirked
"Well that explains alot," I said with sarcasm dripping off every word
Me and Andy got back home to see all the boys sat there with multiple backs and presents all wrapped up.
"Is it some ones birthday?" I asked
"Well you would have though," Nathan spoke up for the first time
"Its like an overload of pink," I laughed
"Don't you like pink?" he asked
"It's alright a bit to girly for me," I said
"Anyway come sit in the middle of the circle Leah and we can give you your presents one by one," Max smiled
I sat down cross legged on the floor. First was Joel, Ryan and Adam.
"This is from all of us," Adam smiled handing me the two boxes
A big box and a small box. I opened the small box to find an IPod. The box said IPod 5th generation 64gb. I opened the big box and found it was a laptop. New aswell.
"Thank you so much," I gushed "I will do hugs after I have opened all the presents,"
Next was Tom.
"This is from me and my girlfriend Kelsey. I told her about you and she thought you were a very brave girl who has been through so much and can't wait to meet you," he smiled handing me a envelope and a rectangular box
I opened the envelope to find a £50 and a £25 ITunes voucher. I opened the box to find the IPad 3rd generation.
"Tom, you didn't have to," I smiled
"Well me and Kelsey both thought you deserved it," he smiled
"Thank you," I replied
Next was Siva.
"This is from me and my girlfriend Nareesha who I like Tom I told about you. She though of the best presents and I thought it was a great idea," he smiled
He handed me 3 what looked like shoe boxes then two smaller gift boxes. I opened the gift boxes to find a purple penguine IPod case. Then the other gift box to find a sparkly Iphone case. The 3 boxes were shoe boxes. One was a pair of white low cut converse. Next a pair of Nike blazers that were black with different coloured paint splatters. Then a pair of gorgeous heels by a brand called Christian and MacCafrey which Siva pointed out that Nareesha designed
"Thank you so much," I smiled
Next was Max.
"This is from me and Andy over there. I had to get them as he was with you," Max smiled
He handed me 2 shoe boxes and a small box. The shoe boxes were filled with make up. One was MAC and the other was Benefit. Then the small box was the IPhone 5.
"Thank you so much guys," I smiled
Lastly was Jay and Nathan.
"This is from me and Jay except I picked it out as Jay is poor in this field," Nathan smiled
He handed me 4 big bags. One was filled with summer outfits. Another winter outfits including a lovely barber jacket. The last 2 were my favourite though. They were filled with loads of different types of snap backs. My face lit up.
"I see Tinkerbell over there has an obsession wit snap backs just like baby Nath," To smirked
"Hahahahahahaha no," me and Nathan replied in synch
This caused the others to burst out laughing at how similar we were. Once it had died down I went around giving out hugs and saying thank you. What a busy day this has been!
