2. More Monster attacks, visiting family

*(Y/N)'s POV* (It'll be her POV until I say it's not.)

I was with Batman patrolling and helping out like I normally did now since finding Dick. When we saw one of those monsters beat Green Lantern up. I then flew over set my foot on fire (a power I saw once) and kicked it in the face. "HA, I guess he couldn't take the kick." I said making Green Lantern laugh. "Oh, You crack me up Mimic." Green Lantern said (Yes. My hero name is my power.) as Batman tried to interrogate the beast. "Bats I don't think it can talk." I said. He just grunted at me as a response as I said sarcastically "Oh great another grunt what's next a growl?" Once I said that the beast jumped at me and tried to bite me. I then somehow burned the thing to ash. "Ack! Sorry I knew you were trying to use it for info, my instincts just took over!" I said scared at what Batman would do to me. "It's fine just what was that thing? And hold up Batman your real?!" Greenie said, he already knew I was real from the news and me helping once in a while. "Green, Put that fucking light out before they see us!" I said. "What why?" he said.

Two helicopters then came out making my heart stop and the people said. "PUT YOUR HANDS IN THE AIR! NOW!" In which I then flew away to home. You might think it's cowardly, but I'm afraid of the police. I was scared that they would take me away and experiment on me and never see anyone I care about again. When I got home I went to see if mom was home thankfully she was. "H-hey mom? It happened again." I said, making her open her arms to give me a hug. "It's going to be ok (Y/N), It'll be ok." Mom said petting my hair. After a couple of minutes of that Mom said. "How about you go to bed, you had a long night." I then nodded and went to bed after putting my PJ's on.

-Next day-

I woke up and got dressed (Outfit: ) then went to grab some food from the kitchen. "Morning (N/N), I hope you slept well, here's a muffin." Mom said. "Burnt the food again?" I asked then taking a bit of my breakfast. "Yes, but I'm going to the white house tonight for a meeting. Would you want to accompany me?" Mom asked making me smile wide "YES!" I said flying in the house with joy with a smile then hugging my Mom. "I'm going to go and see Big bro, is that ok?" I asked. Mom then nodded as a response. "See ya tonight!" I said running to the Wayne Manor. When I got there I knocked on the door, Dick answered. "Hey little sis, how ya been?" Dick asked as he let me in. "Oh you know chasing ans burning a monster alive and after getting scared shitless by my biggest fear, the normal, how about you?" I said. "Well turned out there was a second monster beast thing and it gave Bruce a beating." Dick said. "Yikes glad I left now." I said. I then spent the whole day just hanging out with my brother.

We have these sorts of days where we just hang out and build forts, mess around, and all that. Since were hero's we don't know what day will be our last, especially were the only biological family we have left. Once it was time for Mom and my's patrol time I had to go. "See ya next time Dick!" I said hugging my brother as he hugged back. Once I left, and got home. I got into my super suit and met up with mom to do patrol. I super speed-ed over to Mom and spooked her, making her jump. "I expected you to fly over, I'm still getting used to that new speed power." Mom said. "Me too, I almost fell in the water! I had to fly up to stop." I laughed so did mom. I then got a text on my phone. "Nice! The titans won the finals!" I said. "I don't know why you pay attention to such things." Mom said. We then went to the white house where there was a protest against Mom and I.

Mom's symbol, and mine were with a red x. (My symbol is a White Crescent moon with a black background.) As we sat in the car I was getting nervous. I closed my eyes tightly. My mother put a hand on my shoulder to comfort me, which it did. "It'll be ok Mimic." Mom said using my code name. Outside a man then said. "These supers have made us lose 1 million dollars in property damage! Who's going to pay for that?! Us normies that's who!" He shouted on top of the car. "Ok that's enough." I said getting out of the car with mom following me. "I'm Di-" I cut mom off trying to stop her from reveling her identity. "Wonder Woman and I'm Mimic. We just want to help you and make the world better." I said calmly. "Well your scaring us normies. And you dress like whores!" the man said. "Sir i'm trying to be as nice and peaceful as I possibly can without getting mad at you so could you please calm down?" I said, although Mom didn't hesitate. She truth lassoed the man and said "This isn't your truth, the lasso compels you." Mom said making me think. 'OH THANK GOD I COULDN'T TAKE MUCH MORE OF THAT!' The man then said. "I cross dress in a Wonder Woman or Mimic outfit. It makes me feel powerful." This made me surprised and chuckle same as my mother. "Well just own it if people don't like you for you, then screw them!" I said. "I agree embrace your truths my friend! Our outfits make us feel powerful too." Mom said. The general then said to us "We'd better get going." "Yes now to see this President you speak of." Mom said making me nod. We then walked over to meet the President of the USA.
