poppypelt glared at kelppaw angrirly and delclared, "this has to stop, im telling tinystar about this." poppypelt had recently found out her apprentice, kelppaw, had been meeting with a few shadowclan warriors every morning.
"but please be my mentor, poppypelt! i have so much to learn and i promise to be a better apprentice. I will serve my clan!"
yes, her apprentice had put up a great argument, but poppypelt wasn't convinced. She had heard lies before and knew how to tell them apart from the truth.
" i don't believe you, i'm going to speak with tinystar now. " she muttered and trotted away.
poppypelt wandered her way across the camp to the leaders den and called softly, "tinystar, are you in there?"
"poppypelt, is that you?" he murmured.
she replied calmly, " yes, it's me."
"come in. " he whispered again.
"ive been having problems with kelppaw lately, she's always tired in the morning and i constantly smell her scent near the shadowclan border, can some other cat be her mentor?" poppypelt complained.
tinystar was startled, " go fetch kelppaw and we can talk about this more.
she quickly went to find kelppaw with an irritated look on her face.
