I smile while looking at the TV screen in front of me playing a video of Yumeko Jabami & Meari Saotome gambling.

The Gambling skills determines the students ranks.
I'm surprised that Yumeko in just a blink of an eye become Insane and while observing Meari she's a bit scared or nervous?I don't know but I would like to know who's gonna win.

The current Student Council President of Hyakkaou.
She gambled with the Previous President with the position on the line.
She carried out some "Reform" so that's when the "Student Council Payment" and that's when the "House pet/Pochi" System came to be.
The Student Council rules the school.
But a new Prey is inside the school named:

After seeing Yumeko wins,
