Ichiji drove you home with his car, and on the way he didn't say anything. Though, he seemed pissed off. With no music playing you stared at the road ahead. It was awkward. Getting uncomfortable in each every second you asked, "So, that was your brother?"

He let out a small groan, murmuring something under his breath, until he finally answered, "Yes."

You nodded your head, humming. "Ummmm. Do you-"

"I appreciate you trying to change the mood, but, please, stop." He sighed, leaning back to his seat.

You furrowed your brows. "Well, if you're on a bad mood don't dragged me into it. Why are you taking it out on me? What did I do wrong?"

He glanced at you. "No, nothing." He shook his head. "Sorry."

You furrowed your brows. Well, this dude is weird. You turned to the window, watching everything that was happening outside.

When both of you arrived at your house, stopping in front of the gate, Ichiji raised a brow. "This... this is your house?"

He observed the house, he realized that this house, a modern styled house who probably has a pool in the backyard, couldn't be afford by a normal girl who works as a barista. Knowing what he was thinking, you smirked. "What, you thought I live in a small flat or something?"

"No, no." He shook his head. "What does your parents do for a living?" he asked shamelessly, as if that question weren't rude or inappropriate to some people.

You stared at him for a brief moment, taking a deep breath, you answered, "They're gone."

He didn't gave you and respond, he just nodded and unlocked the door. "I apologize," he mumbled.

"What are you apologizing for?" you chuckled, grabbing the door handle and clicking it open. "See you tomorrow, Ichiji." You waved your hand, closing the car door. You turned to the gate but stopped when you heard him calling your name.

You turned back around, staring at Ichiji, the window had been rolled down. "Does that mean I can pick you up tomorrow?" he asked.

"...dangit," you murmured. "I still don't give you a chance, Mr. Vinsmoke," you shoot back, glaring at him.

A small smile appeared on his face. "Sure, Mrs. L/N. But, don't I need your number?"

"...smooth, Ichiji, smooth." You sighed, smiling. "Okay, okay, gimme your phone." You held out your hand. Ichiji grabbed his iPhone from his pocket and hand it to you. You immediately type down your number and saved it. As you pressed call, the phone in your purse rang. "There." You hand him back his phone.

He stared at the screen, your number with your name on it. A slight blush appeared on his face as he turned to you, letting out a small chuckle, he waved his hand. "Well, see you tomorrow."

"See you too." You grinned, waving your hand as his car speed off to the distance. You turned to the gate and turned it open just as a pet bear wearing a spiked collar with a name tag at the bottom and a striped hat rushing outside. "Kuma!" you shouted. You opened it and immediately closing it again as you pulled Kumashi into a big hug. "Is Perona here?"

It nodded, as if a cue, a young woman who has long, light pink hair tied into pigtails with black and white flower hairpins with big, round eyes walked out. "Hey! Who said you can rush outside like that?" She puffed, Kumashi walked back to her and nodded, stopping beside her.
