I haven't really drawn in a long time and I didn't take my time on the drawing, so sorry that there was a big downgrade on my art xD Also for this oc the hair does NOT cover the eye, I just couldn't draw the other eye so yeah...innovation

Name: Francis Reese

Age: 18

Sexuality: Straight

Gender: female

Looks: short brown hair(shoulder length) thats almost always in a ponytail, green-brown hazel eyes, pale skin with a pink tint to it, and 5"1(ha, short). For clothes Francis either wears sweat pants with a navy blue t-shirt along with socks and sandels, or green shorts and black t-shirt with tennis shoes. Always has a white sweatshirt with.

Personality: Her personality is rather bizarre. She likes to joke around a lot and often pushes the boundaries, causing people to get mad at her. She also makes jokes at really bad times. She's way too honest for her own good, and is very open about her true intentions. She won't stop at anything to reach her goal, and she doesn't care what sacerfices have to be made. Francis puts up a innocent act, accidently letting her real self slip sometimes. Despite all this, she still isn't the villain.

Likes: Dark jokes, attention, to act innocent, music, sometimes scaring people/making the uncomfortable

Dislikes: Dio, people standing in her way, the world(not Dio's stand), most people, her stand

Ability: Bad Luck. All it can do is give someone bad luck, which may be useful as some times. It can give Francis bad luck at random times

Stand looks: I'm still working on the details, but for now her stand looks like a plague doctor.

Other: She wants to stop Dio because she wants to take over the world herself, she's quite open about it but won't share her reasoning. Despite her intentions, she's not a bad person
