personality; claude is very ignorant and selfish. he puts himself first and is rather closed off, not letting anyone get close to him. on very rare occasions he allows people to see his emotions and get to know his true self but he's afraid of getting hurt. as a child claude was very emotional, but due to being hated by his older brother and father, he turned heartless. he rather not have emotions.
family info.; claude was born into the royal family falaise of the sun kingdom. the emperor (his father) doesn't like him at all because he's the exactly replica of his mother, the late empress. his mother died giving birth to claude, leaving behind 2 legitimate sons. claude's older brother, alger, is the heir to the throne, he's everything that a future emperor should be. if anything were to happen to the current emperor, alger would be the next in line to take the throne. claude grew up in a separate palace, hidden away from everyone. the emperor absolutely hated him and confined him to a separate palace where he wouldn't have to see him. the emperor would rather have claude dead but if anything were to happen to himself or his oldest son alger, then claude has to be the one to take the throne. claude grew up by himself. he's only seen his father and older brother a few times but they both absolutely despise him due to him looking exactly like his mother.
