Charles had been running low on money (because he had to pay for the damage his greatest plans caused), so Henry invited him to move in with him in his apartment.

After Charles moved in, he started to gain stronger feelings for Henry, and they weren't 'friendly'.
(Yes, he already had feelings-)

He tried to hide it, but it was pretty obvious to everyone, except for one person...

Henry.

He didn't really notice how Charles was acting, even though Ellie had tried to give him a hint.

That means Charles needs to come out and tell Henry how he feels himself, and hope for the best.

(I'd rather be Charles, but if you wanna be him, just tell me and you can.
