Lost in Love | 5SOS Fanfic

Chapter 1

A/N Nicole is the main character. POV's will only be of Nicole, Anna, and 5SOS.

**Nicole's POV**

I'm Nicole as you may know. I live in Brooklyn, New York. I am moving to Sydney, Australia tomorrow and I really don't care that much. I don't have friends and I also don't have anything that I really like about Brooklyn, NY. It's boring. I'm a little nervous to move to Sydney just because I want to have friends and not be a loner like I am here. I went into my bathroom and packed up all my lotions, perfumes, soaps, shampoo's, conditioner's, ect. I packed all of them in a little box and went into my room. I already had everything packed but my vanity, dresser, and bed were staying here. My room looked empty. I crawled into my bed and fell asleep, we had to be at the airport by 4am and it was 2am right now.

My mom woke me up at 3:00am and told me she already packed all my boxes and i thanked her. It takes about 30-45 minutes to get to the airport.

I hopped into my dads truck and he started to head to the airport, I put some headphones in and I was slowly drifting to sleep but my dad kept yelling at me to wake up because we were almost at the airport and i had to help carry bags and boxes up.

We arrived at the airport and my mom grabbed almost half of the boxes and i grabbed most of the suitcases and backpacks and my dad grabbed the rest of the boxes and the one suitcase that was left. We stumbled through the ariport and made it to our flight just before it took off. The pilots helped us put our boxes and suitcases above us and we sat down. I sighed. I looked out the plane window and I still was listening to music, and I drifted off to sleep.

I woke up about

"Mom, how many more hours until Sydney?" I asked looking exhausted.

"About 10 more minutes, honey." She said rubbing my arm.

"Alright." I said sighing. It wasn't Summer or anything so, I had to start school about 2 days after I got there.

It was two days later and today was my first day of school in Sydney. My mom stayed up all night last night fixing up our house so it feels like home, I was thankful for that. I woke up at 6:00am so I have a hour and a half to get ready, 15 minutes to eat breakfast, and 15 minutes to drive to school. I might have some time to spare, which will come in handy.

I went into the bathroom and took a shower. When I got out, I felt more awake and it only took me 15 minutes to take a shower. I put a towel around my body and walked into my bedroom. I sat on my bed and dried off. I got dressed and blow dried my hair. I was wearing some high wasted-baggy-leggings with a dark gray and black chevron design. I had on a black t-shirt and I put on my black high-tops and went downstairs and grabbed a breakfast bar and some orange juice and sat down and slowly ate in silence while watching the time. My parents were still asleep, they don't wake up until after I leave for school which is nice. When I finished eating I went back to the bathroom to brush my teeth and put on light makeup and I curled my hair and I put on some black bracelets and headed back downstairs to leave for school.

When I got to the school I was nervous. I quickly walked up to the school because it was freezing outside and I saw some girl with brown hair and she smiled at me and walked up to me. She was stunning, she had dark blue eyes and he hair was in loose curls. She had on bright blue leggings with a white shirt on. She was also wearing galaxy converses.

"Hi! I'm Anna. What's your name?" She asked politely.

"Hey, I'm Nicole. I'm new." I said walking to the main doors.

"I thought so. If you need any help, feel free to ask me." She said smiling.

"Okay, well where's the main office?" I asked laughing a bit.

"Follow me" she instructed while leading me into the school.

"I'll wait for you out here" Anna said.

"Ok." I replied walking into the office.

"Can I help you?" One of the women asked behind the desk.

"Umm, yeah. I need my schedule, I'm new here, this is my first day." I said.

"Alright, what's your name?" She asked.

"Nicole Schrader" I said.

"Ok, what grade?" She asked

"10th" I said back.

"Alright, here you go." She said. She handed me a piece of paper with my locker number and combination on it and my schedule. I walked back out and Anna was still out waiting for me.

"What's your first class?" She asked while looking at my schedule.

I folded my paper so she didn't see my combination. "Science." I said.

"Oh! Me too! What teacher?!" She said sounding excited.

"Mrs. Johnson." I said.

"Great!" She said. "'Me too! Looks like me and you will be in the same classes until 5th period all year long."

"Oh...yay..." I said sarcastically. "I'm just playing." I laughed.

"Haha.." She said actually laughing after she said that.
