Tomura had followed Izuku even after Izuku told him to go home. When Izu had the sludge monster on him. Shiggy had been compelled to help Izuku but then all might showed up. And you guys know what happened there, so later when Izuku went to the ally he saw Deku try to kill himself and got him down. He got Kirogirl to teleport them to where he and the Master lived. "SAVE HIM!" Tomura yelled as he busts open All for One's bedroom door, holding Izuku braidl style in his arms. "Calm down. Put him here" A.f.O. said pointing his bed. Tomura set him down and tears started falling down his cheeks. "He'll be fine Tomura, now, please leave," A.f.O. said gesturing to the door. Tomura knew better than to argue and, frankly, didn't feel like it.
So All for One heals Deku, Tomura yells at him but ends up hugging Izuku and crying in dekus shoulder. Anyways.
And there was no funny-bisness ya nasty perv.
