Ginny's POV

The full force of the day hit me like at ton of bricks. I sat and I cried. I couldn't rember ever crying like this before.

Let it out. Let it out. Let it out. Those words echoed in my head like a matra. The voice sounded suspiciously like Harry. I glanced at my clock. 5 am. Harry was probably asleep. There was a soft knock on my door. I hiccuped.

"Come in"

The door opened slowly and George walked in. His face was extreamly white, eyes bloodshot, and his hair a huge mess. He sat on my bed and hugged me. Before I knew it, we were both crying into each other's arms. I heard footsteps on the stairs, and slowly drew away, tears still freely flowing down my face. The clock read 7:30.

George followed my gaze. "Time to get ready"

I was shocked at how horse his voice was. I realized that it was the first time he had spoken in days. He left my room, and I stared after him for a minute, before getting up myself to get ready.

I walked down to the kitchen, and grabbed the tray that had been there so often, it wasn't a strange sight. I headed back to George's room, who took the tray soundlessly from my hands. Breakfast was an extreamly soleumn affair. No one talked, and barley anyone touched their food. Harry took my hand and gave it a comforting squeeze. I offered him a weak smile.

The boys left early to prepare the grave, leaving me to help mom with the food, sometimes stopping to sit down and cry a bit more. We walked down to the river.

I sat in silence the whole time, right next to George, who leaned against me heavily, looking extreamly white and shivering. I listened to the little white wizard, trying not to look at the coffin below him.

"Friends. Family. We have gathered to honor the great memory of Fred Gideon (a/n: I wasn't sure if this was right... but it seemed fitting because of Molly's brothers: Fabian and Gideon were twins, and Fred and George would have the same letters, different order, in their initials. (FGW, GFW... see?)) Weasley. Fred was a hero who died at the hands of a horrific curse in the Battle of Hogwarts, May 2nd 1998. Fred brought laughter to all his friends and family. And I quote "Give her hell from us Peeves."

The room gave a weak chuckle. Lee Jordan walked up to the stand and recounted all the pranks he Fred, and George pulled. By the end, he had succeded in making people forget about their sadness. As soon as we got back George went to his room. And didn't come back out.

**Next Day***

Harry's POV

I watched Ginny leave the kitchen, food tray in hand, and went back to talking with Ron and Hermoine. Hermione was thinking about going back to Hogwarts, and Ron was adament that he wasn't going back. I had to agree with Ron. I heard a scream, a scream that haunted my nightmeres. Ginny's screams. I ran out of the kitchen, fear pumping my veins. I screeched to a halt, and my brain just registered a spilled potion, and Ginny trying her hardest to wake George up. Molly and Arthur ran in, and all Hell broke loose.
