I hear the radio at full volume ring through my ears. I open one eye and glance at the clock.
6:30 am.
I groan and turn the radio off. I roll over on my back and stare at the ceiling. I'm not ready for school. My head is pounding and I have to wake Will up. I kick my legs up and swing them over to the side of the bed. I rub my eyes and temples then move to my feet. I walk down the hall to Will's room. I kick the door open and walk over to his bed. He's still in the clothes from the night before and I climb into bed with him. I hear him groan and roll over. He opens his eyes and stare at me.
"I don't want to go to school." He mumbles.
"Neither do I." I whisper. I slap his ass. "But, we have to." I get off his bed and switch on his light.
He throws a pillow over his head and let's out a long scream. I giggle and walk to the bathroom. The light is bright and early in my face and I scramble to find my toothbrush. I brush my teeth fast and turn the shower on. I go into my bedroom to find my "first day of school" outfit. I gather up a black and gray T-shirt and some black jeans. I lay them out on my bed and start back down the hall. I take off long T-shirt off halfway down the hall and slip my panties off once I get into the bathroom. I step into the shower and feel the hot water run down my body. I wet my hair and reach for the shampoo bottle. I hear Will make his way into the bathroom and I peek out of the curtain to see him taking a piss.
"Morning." I smile.
"Yeah, yeah." He smiles back.
I pull the curtain and start to wash my back. I grab the vanilla scented body wash and slowly wash my body.
"Hurry up. I have to shower, too." Will says pulling the curtain back.
I finish up washing my body and step out. He hands me a towel while he steps into the shower. I pat my hair then, wrap the towel around me. I walk down to my room and drop the towel. I pull my favorite white lace panties on and matching bra. I tug the jeans on and slide the T-shirt down my body. I walk back to the bathroom to blow dry my hair. Will is standing in the bathroom, drying his body.
"You look average." He laughs.
"It's my 'I don't give a shit' look." I smile at him. I plug in the blow dryer and work fast at my hair.
After my hair is dry and straightened, I go back to my room. I find my plain black Toms and shove them on. I sit down at my vanity and grab my black eyeliner. I draw on a thin line on my eyelid and put on some mascara. I walk down the hallway to find Will sitting on the kitchen counter, eating some cereal. He's wearing plain black jeans and a white T-shirt with a jean vest over it.
"Hungry?" He notices me.
"Starving." He makes me a bowl of Fruit Loops and hands me two pain killers while he's at it.
"Thanks." I smile.
I take the two pills and swallow them quickly. I scoop the spoon into my cereal and gather some of it. I shove it into my mouth and I just watch Will.
"Did you get your schedule?" I notice the white piece of paper in his hands.
"No. Bell schedule." He shrugs.
"What time is the first bell?" I ask shoving another spoon full in my mouth.
"8:45. It's only 7:30. We have time." He says with a smile.
I finish off my cereal and throw it in the sink. I glance at the clock and notice it's 8:00.
I open the closet and grab my backpack.
