Zabdiel's POV

"No way,"

I had just told the guys about what I saw on Alexia's phone. They all looked at each other like I was crazy. Isa none the less, she still finds it hard to trust me.

"I swear I saw the message on her phone just before she left."

"How on earth does Sebas and Alexia knew each other? They run in totally different circles," Isa asked still unconvinced.

"I don't know, but I know what I saw. Take a look at it yourself," I scrolled through my gallery for the photo I took of Alexia's lock screen with the notification. It had the time and date, they have to believe me.

I showed it to them and they were surprised, Isa still had no emotion.

"I- I don't know what to say," Joel spoke out and the others soften their gaze towards me.

"Please you have to believe me, I think she tricked me or something. I don't even remember meeting her that night,"

I was nearly losing my mind. If none of them believed me, there goes my chance to get their help in getting my Ale back.

"I still can't believe it because they had never crossed paths before, how could they know each other let alone plot to split the two of you up?"

Thank God Isa was starting to soften up towards me. I can slowly reel her back in to help me.

"We have to find out if that's really the same Sebastian first," Christopher said.

"Of course it's the same, who else could it be?" Erick responded.

"Ay callate todos I'm trying to think here." Isa said aloud causing us to be taken a back but we became quiet none the less

"Look, I have no doubt that it's the same Sebastian I mean he did indicate that he's still after Alena since my accident. Okay here's what we're gonna do," Isa finally spoke out a couple minutes of silence.

"I can't believe I'm going to say this but Zabdiel, you need to stay close to Alexia. The closer you are with her the easier it'll be for her to get distracted so the rest of us can figure out her secrets."

"How can we figure out her secret if she's occupied with Zabdiel?" Richard wondered.

"Duh silly, she likes him. She won't be as focused to do whatever plan that they were supposed to do. That or she might accidentally spill the bean to Zabdiel or something and make us finding out that much easier."

We all nodded. As much as I dread having to pretend to like Alexia, I'll have to do it if it means I can stop whatever plan they have.

"So what will we do now?" I asked Isa, unsure of what to do.

"Try calling her, ask her out tonight. There's a chance she won't resist you, the further we can get her from him, the easier it'll be to figure out his plan." She said and I nodded.

"Shouldn't we tell Alena about Sebastian and Alexia?" Christopher asked, Isa looked at him with widened eyes.

"If it came down to a choice, I'd rather have her not know yet until we're absolutely certain of their plan. But if we have to, we'll tell her.

We all nodded in agreement. As Isa was about to leave, she turned around and walked straight towards me.

"I'm doing this for Alena's safety, don't think I've forgiven you for what you did to her." She said before walking away, didn't even wait for my respond.

I sat back down on the sofa. I don't care right now if she's still mad at me. As long as we can work together so Alena stays safe and nothing that Sebas or Alexia do can hurt her, not anymore.
