If only she knew she had the power to stop time...

Onika looked out the window of the bus that she rode to school. There wasn't much to say other than she hated the place with her guts. Nobody knew her secret so that was okay. Stopping time was not as exciting as everyone thought it was. Although, she did sometimes steal a few things here and there, nobody remembered anything afterwards so if she saved someone they wouldn't know.

"Okay! Everyone get off," the bus driver says.

Onika grabbed her bag and stuffed her earbuds in her ear as she walked off the bus. On the way to class, she thought of the one person who she wanted to get to know... but she obviously couldn't. That person was popular... and if she wanted to know her, she didn't want all the attention on her.

"Baby!" Someone jumped on Onika from behind almost taking her and her stuff with them to the floor.

"Woah... Tiny! You've gotta stop doing that."

"Sowwy, I just missed you!" Tiny shifted all of her weight on one leg and crossed her tiny arms.

"Do you want to walk to class together?" Onika asks smiling showing her pearly whites.

"Yes... I would."

As they walked to class, everyone could see them holding hands. It was like, they were a power couple or something. Yes, their relationship was very complicated because Onika had issues with people knowing about her business. It just wasn't her style to show everything off. In Tiny's case, it was. Total opposites.

Arriving to class, they walked in together and Tiny immediately placed her lips onto Onika's. The taller woman froze up at the sudden kiss but soon was pulled into the make out session that her girlfriend wanted.

"Girls, do that somewhere else." They heard the teacher say.

Tiny groaned in disapproval while letting go of her lovers lips. She starts to wipe some of the lipstick off of Onika's lips. Onika dismisses the action and wanted Tiny to leave it.

"It's fine baby, just go to your seat." Tiny pouted as she walked to her assigned seat.

Onika sat in her seat, waiting on the other person to sit exactly beside her. When they arrived, they walked in with their heels clicking on the floor. She had heard that they weren't like this in freshman year.

She went by Queen B.

"Queen B! Come sit by me for today please!" She had heard some random boy in class say. All "Queen B" did was turn right in her direction and sit down. Her nerves were acting up pretty bad today so she was shaking.

Tiny watched on the other side of the room as her girlfriend looked down. She wondered if Queen B was doing something to her but she shook it off because Onika would've texted her by now. Not only was was Onika the best thing that's ever happened to her, Onika treated her like a person. A real person. Not some child who didn't have feelings. She didn't judge her by her weight and size. She was perfect.
