Hiro and Tadashi had just walked into the café. The eldest Hamada spoke up
"You need to stop getting into these bot fights! Those people are criminals! They could've killed you hiro! For someone so smart you make the stupidest decisions I've ever seen."
Hiro had stayed quiet. He couldn't think of anything to say as tears welled up in his eyes. Tadashi sighed while walking into the kitchen to sit on the island chair. Hiro stayed quiet in the hallway. Softly sniffling while walking upstairs.

Once Hiro crawled into bed he sighed and let tears roll down his cheeks. "I..im sorry dashi."

Tomorrow morning

Tadashi had woken up around 8 a.m. hiro was still fast asleep gently snoring , tadashi smiled as his little brother seemed so peaceful while asleep.
Tadashi sighed as he sat in his computer chair "this is for hiros own good...i can't let him go to any more bot fights.".
Tadashi started prototyping a invention to help his younger brother. The schematic was a helmet that would drain the intellect of whoever wears it. Now the raw intelligence isn't gone forever. Its drained and stored into a small bottle on the side of the helmet.
Tadashi had finished the helmet around 12 pm. "Perfect exactly noon. Hiro should still be asleep." Tadashi grabbed the helmet. He had gone to his little brothers bed. Sighing as he picked his brothers sleeping frame up "Hiro I hope you'll understand where I'm coming from once this is all over." , tadashi had then slipped the helmet onto the sleeping boys head and waited for display on the front to activate.

The display flickered to life and had a simplistic UI stating exact iq , drained iq and restored iq just incase hiro promises to never go to bot fights ever again. The helmet started a scan on hiros brain. A small beep occurred when the scan was complete. Tadashi looked at the display and it stated

Drained IQ : 0

Restored IQ : inactive

Tadashi smiled as he finally knew how much brain power was stuck inside his little bros head. "Alright hiro. Remember all you have to do is promise to never bot fight ever again and you'll get those brains back." Tadashi had then pressed a button on the side of the helmet starting the drain.

The helmet whirred to life as it started to suck hiros brains out of his head. The display slowly showed how much brain power hiro was losing.

Tadashi clicked the button again and the helmet stopped its mental drainage.
He looked at the side of the device for the small bottle with hiros smarts in it. Once he located it he sighed softly as feeling slightly guilty for what he'd just done to his genius brother.

While Tadashi was lost in thought hiro woke up. Eyes fully opened and dull due to the lack of intelligence left in his head.
"Heya T-ada-shi" the smaller hamada sounding out his big brothers name as he spoke. "Hey hiro. How are you feeling?" Tadashi replied nervously.
"I feel all fuzzy in my head. What happened bro?"

"Nothing happened hiro! We just came home really late because you went to a bot fight and I had to go pick you up."

"Oh ok! Dashi what's this helmet thingy for?"

"Nothing special hiro , just a mental/physical health and wellness scanner I had to make sure you were okay lil bro"
Tadashi stepped closer and hug hiro as he took off the helmet.

"A mentail and physimacal scanner? What does it do big bro?"

"Oh simple it scans your brain and body for any disease or illness to make sure your completely healthy" Tadashi said as he was lying through his teeth.

"Woahh that's so cool dashi can you use it to make sure you aren't sick.." hiro said almost heartbroken because both brothers lost their parents to severe illnesses.

"Sure little bro but you have to stay in bed while I run the scan on myself"

"Okay dashi! Hurry up! I want to make sure your not sick big bro"

Tadashi sighed and slipped the helmet on his head. The display once again flickered to life and showed

Tadashi smiled slightly as he double tapped the button on the side of the helmet. This caused the device to restore/inject any smarts it had in its storage. The machine whirred as it started dumping hiros former intellect into Tadashis head

"That helmet thingy is so cool! I wanna try it again bro!"

"Hmm alright but only keep it on for a few seconds. Okay?"

"Okay dashi! Gimme gimme!"
Tadashi took off the helmet off and placed it on hiros head once more.
Before Tadashi could double click the button hiro slapped the side of the helmet initiating another drain.

Tadashi immediately took off the helmet and looked at his brother.

Hiro completely zoned out and didn't register his brothers words.
Tadashi cringed and put the helmet back on hiros empty head and double clicked the side button once more trying to fix his brothers mistake.
Slowly the iq started to rise

Just enough brain power to make hiro at least half smart as he once was. Hiro shook his head
"Woah that felt super weird. What's my score dashi!?"

Tadashi smiled and stated "you're perfectly healthy lil bro. Your score is 210!"

"Its just what's happens when your older lil bro" Tadashi ruffles hiros hair as he takes off the helmet.

"Now let's go get some food im starving!"
